The whole process from function analysis system design and physics model design and system development is described by a series of diagrams. The model makes a complex command system expressed in plain and visual graphics; it provides the valid path to the MIS of product drawing system.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, effective management for a supply chain in the modern enterprise has become increasingly important. The inventory-transportation integrated optimization is from the systematic and integrated idea, to integrate the inventory control and transportation scheduling as a whole and optimize the supply chain. Base on this, the paper aims at the structure of singer distribution center and multi-vendor in the supply chain network, research the collaborative decision strategy for a multi-level inventory and establish the corresponding inventory-transportation integrated optimization model in the case of road capacity limit. At the end of paper, we have given an effective algorithm to solve the model.

Abstract: In the paper, the cold strip online dynamic wrapping angle compensation model is established based on the latest intelligent shape meter developed by Yanshan university. It could improving recisions of the shape detection and the shape closed-loop control under specific working conditions effectively. The model was successfully applied to Angang HC 6-high reversible cold rolling mill, meeting bad working conditions on site. The remarkable results were obtained in industrial application. The error between calculated values and measured values of total tensions is within 3%.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economy, China has entered industrialization metaphase, heavy industry stage. The high consumption, high pollution and poor efficiency economic growth mode which the pattern of extensive growth has taken a leading position has never changed while industrial products are improving human living quality and offering convenient for humans. It has become a chief culprit in resources waste and environmental disruption. Therefore, advocating sustainable design in field of design of industrial products and taking energy saving and emission reduction concept as the key point of sustainable design will has distinctly important practical significance for the sustainable development of the whole society.

Abstract: High stress is caused by sliding in the process of the line-contact has a great influence on its service life. Through establishing a finite element 3D model of the cylinder-plane friction couple for dynamic contact, ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to analyze the friction pair’s stress in the condition of rolling-sliding. The stress state of the friction is compared in the condition of five different slide-roll ratios by numerical simulation. The results show that the friction’s stress in the dynamic condition of rolling-sliding is rather bigger than in the static condition. Comparing the average value and the maximum value of the von mises and shear stresses in five different slid-roll ratios situations, it can be found that the values of max and average both first increased then decreased with increasing of the slide-roll ratio and the maximum values both appeared at the slide-roll ratio of 0.1. Methods and conclusions can provide some references for the research of the line friction pair’s dynamic contacting nature in the condition of rolling-sliding and the prediction of the friction pair’s service life.

Abstract: In this paper, the high-order elliptical gear design principle and methods were studied based on Solidworks API to accomplish high-order elliptical gear parametrical design, machining simulation and automatic modeling. Elliptical gear pair simulation was carried out for verification. The high-order elliptical gear modeling method proposed was to use gear hob type of envelope processing method with the advantages of being able to process concaved pitch curve of high-order elliptical gear. The idea of this design process can also be extended to other types of non-circular gear design and modeling.

Abstract: In distribution article, the finite element mathematical model of the auto windshield tempering was established through the reasonable model simplified, with ANSYS as a platform, and the wgl450_R auto windshield products as an example. And through referencing to the actual working condition to set boundary conditions, hot-stress coupling field of tempering was simulated and the regularity of temperature and stress distribution was analysed in temperature field and stress field. Stress testing was made in three groups of glass samples based on the large polarizing, and the measured results and simulation results were compwered. The reliability of numerical simulation was proved, and this has the actual production significance.

Abstract: This paper uses the steel and rubber redesigned the packer rubber. The new rubber make the packer have a big expansion, the large expansion packer can solve the problem of seal the deformation pipe. According to finite element analysis, calculation and modification, the result show that our new packer can completely seal the sleeve deformation, meet the deformation sleeve sealing requirements.

Abstract: In the space laser communications, Information transmission by atmospheric turbulence and background light and other atmospheric interference of the random channel. Resulting in the optical axis alignment accuracy decreased. In order to improve the alignment accuracy of the optical axis, Proposing the Gaussian fitting matching algorithm. Outdoor experiments confirmed the Gaussian fitting matching algorithm to ensure a stable spot image.

Abstract: The multi condition driving cycle mode of light truck is established. A comprehensive evaluation system for the vehicle powertrain(VP) optimal matching with integration of dynamic performance, fuel economy and exhaust emission behavior by means of the weighting factors is established. The methods to determine the parameters and weighting factors are established. A simulation model is set for the VP using the software Advisor, and a VP optimization program is compiled by the Matlab optimization toolbox. The model is validated by experiment and used to optimize the power train of a certain type of light truck. The results show that the consideration of the dynamic performance, the fuel economy in the VP matching reduces the exhaust emissions effectively.
