Design of Three-Tank Liquid Level PID Control System Based on Virtual Instrument

Article Preview

Abstract:

On the basis of three-tank liquid level control system structure and the corresponding mathematical model, the simulation model of PID control system is established based on the Simulink environment. The control procedures are designed based on the platform of virtual instrument. Through the different setting parameters, we can achieve real-time monitoring and dynamic simulation of the entire control process. The test results are very close to the simulation results. The system can achieve the ideal control, and has the advantages of convenient operation, high intelligence, high precision and so on.
