Abstract: In this article, La0.6Ce0.27Tb0.13PO4 green phosphor has been successfully synthesized through the method of co-percipition. The surface composition, morphology, and fluorescence properties of luminescent materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, and PL. The results showed that: the added sensitizer of Ce3+ ion rapidly increased the fluorescence intensity, further proved that Ce3+ ions have sensitization on Tb3+ ions. In system of La1-x-yPO4: yCe, the fluorescence intensity of xTb, La0.8PO4:0.1Ce,0.1Tb is strongest, and it’s the best ratio of the system.

Abstract: The influence of corrosion inhibitor BTA, chloride ion and anodic potential on the formation of copper passivation film was studied in the electrolyte of 18wt% HEDP by using Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that the increase of BTA concentration contributes to the formation of surface passivation film, and the chloride ion can promote the formation of the Cu passivation film at low concentrations but break it down when its concentration exceeds a certain limit. For each electrolyte there is a threshold anodic potential maintaining good passivation: the interfacial charge transfer resistance increases with the anodic potential when it is below the threshold potential and decreases when it is above the threshold potential. Smooth surface can be obtained by ECMP at the optimal processing condition.

Abstract: According to the requirements of the battery pack on pure electric vehicles, designed a distributed battery management system using the bus communication technology, the system can detect various operating parameters of the battery in real-time, diagnose and alarm according to the battery status. The system can also share information with the other systems of the vehicle through CAN bus. Through testing the system, the result shows that it can accurately measure the current and voltage of the battery, and the measurement accuracy meets the actual requirements.

Abstract: Based on the mechanism of mass and heat transfer of the particles and air in drying tube,the mathematics model of pneumatic drying process was established which referred to straw fuel in straight horizontal tube. The simulating results were summed up. Test bed of pneumatic drying was established,the test results were summed up by making single-factor test on the test bed. The results of simulating and single-factor test were coincided, and the pneumatic drying process was divided into two parts which were high-speed drying area and slow drying area. The effect factors were analyzed which were initial water content, hot air temperature, mass of hot air and materiel. The most important factor in gas flow drying on straw fuel was summed up which was the mass of hot air.

Abstract: The design and management of Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) should be conducted based on quantitative analysis. In this paper, A model for EIP decision is developed. Industry ecological chain is introduced into the model, so that the decision in the course of EIP design and management can be formulated as an assembly line balance (ALB) model. It is easy to use, modify, reuse the model, and can be used as the optimization models in EIP decision-making or choosing members. A case study of a prototype EIP in Harbin City in China is illustrated. Two scenarios are studied. The ALB model is solved by LINGO software.

Abstract: In this paper, combined with the background engineering, according to the cable-stayed bridge's design theory, through the adjustment of cable force to change the structure's internal force by using the big general finite element method software which is named Midas/Civil, and then analyzed the related parameters affecting to structural internal force and distortion, which obtained the reasonable length of non-stayed cable segment to this kind of bridge.

Abstract: Flood disaster affects the development of our national economy seriously and made people’s life and property in danger. It also destroyed our ecological environment. In this paper, a model which is based on the geographic information system (GIS) has been introduced with the flood submerging range and submerging algorithm. Experimental results with Xi-tiao-xi area flood region using of digital elevation model (DEM), provides that it is possible to make a rapid flood damage assessment and scientific flood control decision service. The simulation performance is accurate and rapid.

Abstract: The problem to be firstly considered is whether the base of the existing factory meets requirements or not for the renovation and reinforcement of the existing industrial building. Starting from this point of view, the solutions and suggestions were put forward for the problems met in schemes, computation, structure and construction in the procedure of base reinforcement design, as the reference for the designers of similar projects.

Abstract: The renovation and expansion project of sugar-making workshop of Hailun sugar plant made use of existing workshop to implement expansion and structural adding stores and reconstruction. In the reconstruction design of the upper section, firstly the assessment and appraisal for the seismic performance and structural system’s bearing capacity performance of the existing structure was done to establish the principles and methods of reconstruction and reinforcement. Then several measures were taken according to different parts and requirements and site conditions so that economic and rational effects were achieved.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to derive a new method to research heat transfer performance of special glazed units in dual airflow windows because of their special structure and function. The equivalent height has been defined to conduct the analysis of this specificity. Two models names ISO and EN have been built and tested by experiment. The results calculated by the models are compared to ensure the conclusions are correct. Meanwhile two models lead to better understanding the rules of heat transfer in a triple glazed unit.
