Abstract: A new elastic element of fiber Bragg grating accelerometer which is four peripheral clamped trapezoidal beams is developed. On the basis of analyzing the mechanical condition of this elastic element, the theoretical model is obtained. This kind of elastic element not only can be used with fiber Bragg grating accelerometer, but also other types of sensors.

Abstract: In order to compensate the noise brought by piezoelectric gyroscope or external environment and track the resonance frequency, Closed Loop Driving Circuit (CLDC) of piezoelectric solid-state micro gyroscope is proposted in the paper which will stabilize the driving voltage value and keep the resonance frequency tracked. CLDC mainly contains Phase Lock Loop (PLL) circuit, Automatic Gain Circuit (AGC). Experimental results show that the fluctuation of reference voltage is within ±7mv, while the fluctuation of reference voltage in Open Loop Driving Circuit (OLDC) without noise compensation is ±23mv. The frequency of CLDC drifts within 0.03 kHz with the resonance frequency of 357.9 kHz while the OLDC can’t track any drifting.

Abstract: Abstract. Objective: To explore the application of Coulter Multisizer in the experiment of medical equipment product particle detection through the Coulter method of particle content measurement. Methods: Analyze the particle content by Beckman Coulter Multisizer 3 produced by Beckman Company, and compare the particle content detection result of blank contrast solution and eluant. Conclusion: Coulter method and Coulter Multisizer have a great advantage on medical equipment product particle detection.

Abstract: A surface pressure distribution test system of a doctor’s hand during a laparoscopic surgery based on LabVIEW was designed. The principle was that real time acquisition of data signal on multi-channel sensors, and using data acquisition card to get the feed back voltage signal from these pressure sensors, and then transferred to a PC. The test system had realized the real time processing and display of the signal on LabVIEW. The pressure detection range was 0-210g. The system could detect the surface pressure real time of the part of a doctor’s hand which contacting the surface of handle during the laparoscopic surgical procedure. This system could also make quantitative evaluation of the contact pressure on the handle of the laparoscopic instruments and provide a reference to ergonomics design of the handle.

Abstract: This paper designed a motor winding testing system, it can do the dielectric withstand voltage test of inter-turn under 30kV.The system can communicate effectively between PC and machine, by using the PC's powerful capacity of process data and PLC's better stability and the Labview's convenient UI. So the system has real-time data collection, preservation, analysis and other characteristics. This system is able to achieve factory testing and type testing of the motor windings facilitating. Various performance indicators were stable and reliable by field test during a long time.

Abstract: C3I network equipments, with complex architecture, deal with quantities of information from the aspect of time and space, which makes them difficult to support. This paper adopts automatic test and diagnosis techniques, analog networking technique and active test method to satisfy the requirements of timeliness, intelligence and high precision in fault location. A virtual network environment is built to complete the network equipments’ test. It is significant to the complex network equipments’ test and diagnosis.

Theoretical Study of the Spectrum Detection and Imaging for the New Double-Sided Mirror Optical Path
Abstract: Proposed a new double-sided mirror optical path having only one optical element from the entrance slit to the detector between. Theoretical studies show that the optical path can be used to the spectrum detection and imaging of one dimensional target point. This is important for interference imaging spectrometer to simplify the design of the optical path, lighten the weight of the remote sensor and reducing the light energy loss of the optical path.

Abstract: Rolling element bearing (REB) is one of important components in the condition monitoring and faults diagnosis of machinery. In this paper, a REB fault diagnosis system is presented, which is developed by using LabVIEW. In the system, vibration signals are picked by acceleration sensors and acquired by NI USB data acquisition card at first. Then, the fault diagnosis can be performed in the time-frequency domain by various time-frequency methods. The experiments show that the presented system can be used to extract the bearing fault features and diagnoses the failures effectively.

Abstract: For the problem on the deviation of actual measurement values between different network positions of visual measurement network system , so present the weighted data fusion algorithm . To distribute the weight coefficients according to the stability of eigenvector and fuse the coordinates , finally get the ultimate expression of fusion estimate. The experiment results present the maximum absolute tolerance of the fusion results is 0.039mm via the weighted data fusion algorithm, the maximum one via traditional data fusion algorithm of the center of point set is 0.056mm , Repeatedly measure 50 times , compared with the traditional algorithm, proposed weighted data fusion algorithm has much better precision and better stability.

Abstract: The prospective application of flexible electronics is feasible by shielding the silicon ribbons from damage in the structure. The silicon failure in the design of strain isolation for stretchable and flexible sensors is analyzed by FEM. The destruction of the silicon circuit is different with the change of the thickness of the PDMS layer in stretchable sensors. Owing to the fact that the PDMS layer is not infinitely thick in the application, the purpose of the paper is to provide a reference for choosing the thickness of the PDMS layer in the design of stretchable sensors.
