Abstract: This paper presents the measurement results of the reduced luminance coefficients of an asphalt pavement sample under three common light sources: high pressure sodium lamp (HPS), metal halide lamp (MH), and light-emitting diode (LED), with a specially designed two-dimensional gonioreflectometer. The relative spectral reflectances are obtained with calculation for three different incident angles which indicate light sources with high output in the long wavelength region may be more effective. The measured average luminance coefficient for HPS and MH are 17% larger than that of LED. It means that LED road lamps need higher illuminance than HPS and MH to realize the same brightness for road lighting.

Abstract: Zeolites and other inorganic molecular sieve membranes have shown potential for separation based on molecular size and shape because of their small pore sized, typically less than 1nm, and their narrow pore size distribution. The in situ synthesis of ZnAPSO-34 films supported on alumina substrates is reported in this paper. Organic and water contents, alumina source, and supports have important roles in the syntheses of ZnAPSO-34 film. Traditionally, the role of organic molecules in the synthesis of these materials has been associated to their structure-directing and their protonation abilities. In our work, we were interested in a new family of materials; the alumino-phosphate, which are similar to zeolites. This work concerns the in-situ preparation of films of ZnAPSO-34 on porous α -alumina tubes. These films of ZnAPSO-34 corresponding to the structure Chabazite (CHA) have an effective intracrystal nanopore diameter of 0.38 nm. The hydrothermal synthesis was made in an autoclave under autogenous pressure. The membrane used was characterized by thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy after calcination.

Abstract: Based on the LabVIEW platform, the aging test system of rechargeable communication battery was designed by parallelizing application program framework, and realized the control of programmable power supply, electronic loads, data acquisition card and digital IO card. Multiple threads including human computer interaction, state control, data acquisition, data showing and saving were synchronously processed, which efficiently and steadily finished aging test of twenty batteries. Charge-discharge state test and aging test data acquisition with monitoring acquisition method based on NI DAQmx data acquisition driver of LabVIEW and data acquisition card were detailed.

Abstract: Eddy current nondestructive evaluation (ECNDE) techniques are widely used in structural integrity and health monitoring. A novel algorithm was proposed for characterizing eddy current (EC) signals. In scanning inspection, the EC signals responding to impedance change were pre-processed for noise elimination and feature extraction. After feature extraction, Bayesian networks (BNs) were carried out to classify EC signals. It is shown by extensive experiments that kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) is better than principal component analysis (PCA) for feature extraction. The methods using BNs by KPCA feature extraction can perform better than the other classification methods.

Abstract: Product innovation is not only one tool to satisfy the demands of the market value in reality but also to meet the current and next-generation environmental requirements. It’s needed to study new technology and management methods. The ecological lifecycle theory has been established by the research on the harmony of the nature, which is one theory to deal with the common challenges for people. This paper presents one model for product innovation based on the ecological lifecycle theory of New Product Design Management Model. Using the new model of product innovation, we can improve production effectiveness and reduce the rejection rate with 3R principles.

Abstract: A new frequency conversion pressure water supply algorithm with efficiency and low-power consumption has been proposed for residents’ district. An inverter was used for start-up, running and frequency conversion to drive three motors in the algorithm, one extra motors together with the other three were running with the recycling mode and timing pump change mode. The data acquisition and device status control were through the inverter and PLC connection, so as to achieve the constant pressure water supply of residential area. On-site commissioning and operation shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Comprehensive Evaluation Method for the Product’s Disassembly Sequences Based on Information Entropy
Abstract: In order to assess product’s disassembly sequences simply and effectively, we present the objective adaptive entropy way, which judge information according to the difference of the evaluation indexes, and get the importance of each evaluation index in the comprehensive assessment of the project (i.e. weight of indexes). So we in turn get the comprehensive evaluation method which is based on the product disassembly sequences of information entropy .This method offers the optimal result and provides the objective weight of each index. So that the designers can improve the relative devises and plan the resource of disassembly. Thereby we can get the best disassembly sequences. At last, taking the example of the 9 kinds of optimal disassembly sequence of a certain type air-condition’s outdoor, we can verify the availability of this method.

Abstract: The current business application integrated tools only support system level’s integration and management, but this approach doesn’t support application level’s integration and management. For this shortage, we develop an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) based management tools of application service, which is oriented on power grid business. The tools can manage ESB objects, workflow objects and monitoring objects by combining graphic technology and workflow engineering, so it enhance ESB with more business flexibility. Experiment results prove that the tools are useful in business integration for power grid enterprise.
