Abstract: To support the personalized mobile recommendation service, a context modeling approach based on ontology was proposed. The role of context ontologies in mobile recommenders was discussed, and under the application background of petrol station recommendation, a two-level context ontology model was designed. The model contains an upper ontology to describe general concepts, and a domain ontology extended from the upper ontology. The context ontology provides formalizations representing the mainly entities including users, objects and contexts, and their interactive relationships in mobile recommendation environments. Finally, a use case of the instantiated context ontology was demonstrated.

Abstract: Webpage classifier is one of the most important technology in search engine. In this paper,the structural features of webpage have been analyzed. basing on the structure of knowledge Tree, Maximum Entropy Model is applied to the webpage classification. Compared with other approaches, the experimental results show our approach achieve to higher recall and precision.

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of image blur while denoising in SAR image, a new denoising method by reserving edges based on MSP-ROA operator is presented after analyzing the image edge detection. The SAR image edges are well reserved while denoising for combining denoising with the edge detection. Experiment results show that the method is feasible and effective.

Cloud computing can help improve effective, rational, and scientific use of information resources to promote the information resource utility, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the information industry. The article from the economic point of view, especially from the economic utility and cost saving view, analyze the economic value of cloud computing configuration. Thus, It demonstrate the positive economic value of technological revolution application mode represented by the cloud computing from the point of view of economics.

Abstract: Traditional Canny edge detection algorithm uses a global threshold selection method, when large changes are in the background of the image and the target gray, global threshold method may lose some local edge information. For this problem, this paper therefore proposes an adaptive dynamic threshold improved Canny edge detection algorithm. The method uses image gradient variance as the criterion of the image block according to the four forks tree principle, then uses the Otsu method to get the corresponding sub-block threshold value for each sub-block, and obtains threshold value matrix by interpolation, finally, gets image edge with improved edge connected algorithm. Experimental results show that, the algorithm not only has good anti-noise performance, but also better detection accuracy.

Abstract: Based on greedy policies, the greedy genetic algorithm (GGA) is proposed for multi-objective optimization problems. In the process of evolution, the greedy policies are used to initialize population, generate crossover and mutation operator, and add new individuals to the population every a few generations. All these procedures are designed to prevent premature convergence and improve the performance of Pareto front,which can be showed by examples of six test functions.

Abstract: For boosting up the identification and enhancing the utilized effect of the grain-size parameters of sea sediments, the paper analyses the grain-size parameters derived from different methods. First of all, this paper expounds the connotation and sedimentology meaning of the grain-size parameters of sediments, and introduces two basic methods for calculating the grain-size parameter—graphical method and moment method. Aiming at the grain-size analyzing result of some shallow sea area sediments, calculates the grain-size parameter by graphical and moment methods separately, studies the correlation of the grain-size parameter results. At last, this paper analyses the matters of application for the grain-size parameters derived from different methods.

Abstract: Underwater acoustic communication network (UACN) has been considered as one of the main technologies for underwater communication. But underwater environmental is complex, water is a worse communication medium than the air, and in limited bandwidth. Thus, it is necessary to explore higher communication and network intelligence such as cognitive radio (CR) in UACN. In this paper, a concept of environment-adaptive CR-based UACN is proposed. Furthermore, the design of cross-layer network architecture, cognitive system processing cycle and the obstacle of CR-based UACN realization are described and discussed.

Abstract: The buffer setting methods are useful ways to deal with the uncertainty. However, few has concern how to estimate the safe time of each project activity, which is used to set the buffer, when historic information of project is not enough. In this paper a fuzzy buffer setting method is proposed to solve the shortage. The fuzzy method has three steps: estimate the fuzzy duration, calculate the safe time and determine the buffer size. A calculation example is also given to introduce the detail procedure of this method.

Abstract: Under dynamic, unreliable grid environment, a novel heuristic based on average reliability of task is proposed, which task into account the failure condition and dynamic workload of Grid. On the basis of the heuristic strategy proposed, this paper improved two classic scheduling algorithms, Min-min and Sufferage, to improve execution reliability of grid task. Moreover, a new greedy algorithm, GR, is proposed in the paper. The simulation experimental results indicate that the algorithms based on the average reliability heuristic are better than Min-min and Sufferage in terms of task completion ratio by 10%, which can guarantee the user's deadline efficiently.
