Abstract: Complex control system bears a heavy task, different field equipment have different requirements in reaction time, transmission speed, real time of fieldbus. Considering the characteristics of industrial Ethernet and fieldbus, mixed fieldbus was combined with Ethernet network; CAN - Ethernet gateway of CAN fieldbus was designed as example which can achieve the interconnection between upper and lower of the control system; the enterprise information network and control network got unified. Further, the system could integrate with internet to make it more practical.

Abstract: For the iron and steel enterprises are CO2 emitters, the reduction of CO2 emission is the requirement to save energy, protect environment and sustainable development of the steel industry. This article research on iron and steel enterprises operation model based on the characteristics of the accessories resources. And on the analysis of the impact of CO2 emission factors, a mathematical model is built to reveal how the accessories resources influence the steel manufacture system's resource consumption and environmental impact.

Abstract: This Environmental problem is of common interest currently, and it is vital to the human development in the future. According to the research situation and its disadvantage, this dissertation emphasizes the importance of green environment awareness in the environmental protection, the importance of green education project on the cultivation of environmental awareness, as well as the important role played by colleges and universities. This dissertation sets up a system of green evaluation indexes, and presents an evaluation model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP).

Abstract: The cooperative technological innovation of enterprise, university and research has received more and more social attention, but in the process of cooperation, it may also cause many problems that cannot reach the final goal of cooperative technology innovation. The reason is that we always neglect the cooperation with the management innovation in the process of technology innovation. Based on the Synergy Theory, this paper analyzes the cause of cooperation of enterprise, university and research, from the economic and management aspects. What is more, the paper researches and analyzes the synergy mechanism of the technology innovation and management innovation, and explains the management innovation is the important guarantee and realizing way of technological innovation.

Abstract: The Renewable Power Technology Training Course is described in the article which was developed by Renewable Power Technology training lab of State Grid Technology College. The course has been developed to train all new staff of the State Grid and was building in block designed. The blocks were in various forms, including theory, video, and training. The feedback information indicates that the course content can satisfy the job needs of the trainee, the form of design is reasonable. The training effect has been unanimously certificated by the trainee.

Abstract: Manufacturing is considered to be a driving force of any country’s economic development by creating more employments and social income. However, in this era of rapid technological change every country struggling to increase more market shares and to remain competitive in the international scene. In this study we tried to analyze the competitiveness of small countries and island economies by using United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) methodology. Nevertheless, the study support the notion that while giant struggling to maintain their position the miniature are kicked out by rapid losing their manufacturing capability and hence decreasing the market share.

Abstract: As a clean and economic power, nuclear power has become an important part in China’s power structure. Nuclear power plant project has the characteristics of large investment and long period, thus requiring a strict schedule control. This paper deeply studied the work contents of China’s nuclear power project approval and administrative license, selectively analyzed the required supporting documents for this phase, and simplified the work into several phases. According to the feature of each phase, we created the “laddering” model; controlled the schedule in three respects, including: nuclear power connected to grid related supportive documents, nuclear power construction related supportive documents, and the nuclear power security and environmental protection related supportive documents. By realizing the schedule control of the phase in nuclear power project in this paper, we hope to further enhance the level of China’s nuclear power construction project managements, ensure the economic and security of nuclear power projects and better promoted nuclear power projects.

Abstract: At a time of increased international concern and negotiation for GHG emissions reduction, country studies on the underlying effects of GHG growth gain importance. China experienced continuous, rapid economic growth over the past. At the same time, energy consumption and CO2 emissions increased rapidly while the energy intensity and carbon intensity showed a downward trend at country level. What factors were driving this change What measures can be adopted to ensure the continual decrease of energy intensity and carbon intensity The refined IDA method is employed in this paper to identify the impact of each factor. A year-by-year decomposition is carried out at sector level, and various interesting results on the underlying effects are found. The results yield important hints for the planning of energy and climate policy.
