Abstract: Using system dynamics method analyzes operation and development mechanism of university-industry-research institute knowledge alliance. Firstly, we should analyze the target, the key member and the influencing factors. Secondly, we analyze causal relationship of all elements during university-industry-research institute knowledge alliance and establish SD model of knowledge resources, SD model of knowledge production and SD model of social support.

Abstract: By combining the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, from the view of time and district, this paper carries out a dynamic evaluation of resource allocation efficiency of China’s telecommunication industry from 1973 to 2008. The results show that technical efficiency indicator and technological progress indicator are the major factors of resources allocation of China’s telecommunication industry. It analyzed and studied all previous reorganization and regulation effects to the telecom with the reference to the efficiency changes of the telecom industry. Based on the non-Archimedean infinite model C2R of the Data Envelopment Analysis, combined with characteristics of inputs and outputs of China’s telecommunication industry, the paper sets up an indicator system of inputs and outputs as well as an overall efficiency evaluation model China’s telecommunication industry.

Abstract: It has been suggested that many construction workers are never properly educated on the meaning of safety signs. In particular, considering that any safety accident can lead directly to a serious disaster, understanding safety signs is a critical part of safety management. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze construction workers’ awareness of and understanding of safety signs. The research found that most construction workers perceived that safety signs play an important role in preventing safety accidents. However, almost half of construction workers did not understand what construction safety signs convey, which indicates an urgent need for education on safety signs at construction sites.

Abstract: A novel grey Bass model with a power exponent (Grey Bass Power Model) was proposed, and the related parameter-packets of the model were deduced. A nonlinear programming method was employed to optimize the grey parameters and improve the accuracy of the grey Bass model. The results show that GM(1,1) model, GPM (1,1) model, grey Verhulst model and grey Bass model are the special examples of grey Bass power model. The actual example of product diffusion shows the modelling accuracy has been remarkably improved by using the new model.

Abstract: This paper, based on the data of China’s input-output table in 2007, indentifies the key service sectors for the development of manufacturing by using the input-output subsystem model from the perspective of service demand and supply. Results show that from the demand side, public service sectors, e.g. Education and Public Administration, are main demanders of manufacturing products. While, from the supply side, Transportation, Financing and Business Services are the main sectors. From both sides, technology-intensive manufacturing is most closely tied to producer services.

Abstract: No matter in quantity or in scale, family enterprise takes a great share of world economy and occupies a very important position in the national economy, research on family enterprise also turns to be the focus of theoretic research in all countries. Meanwhile, organizational learning is the source for enterprises to survive, develop and maintain the enduringly competitive advantages. However, the obstacles in learning are difficult questions and have effect on family enterprises’ core competence. Thus, the article starts with the basic meaning of obstacles in organizational learning, analyzes their influence factors from areas of learning process, organization’s ideas, culture, etc., and carries on the systematic exploration on enterprises’ organizational learning.

Abstract: As the prosperous development of market economy has promoted the growth of business majors, the demand for business talents is increasing. However, the inter-disciplinary talents of economic management with the engineering background are more popular in the market. We are exploring a cultivating model of ‘Engineering + Business’ for the engineering undergraduate students in our college in order to optimize the source of students, improve the training quality and adapt to the socio-economic development.
