Multiple Momentum Term BP Algorithm and its Application in Hot Rolling AGC System

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper introduces a BP algorithm which with the help of added multiple momentum terms can adjust network weight value online directly. This algorithm overcomes the classic BP network’s disadvantages, such as slow convergence rate and easily fall into local minimum, and apply the improved BP-PID algorithm to hot strip mill gauge control system. The simulation result proved that this algorithm has fast convergence rate and strong adaptive ability. So it is suitable for adjust PID parameters online.
