Abstract: In order to realize precise control of the vertical inverting feeding of paper, the paper proposes the scheme to analyse the accuracy. Based on the geometric constraint relations of the feeding device, the position constraint equation of the device is established, together with the speed-acceleration formula; and the relationship between the paper inverting deviation angle and its drop height is obtained using the general equation of dynamics of the horizontal projectile motion as vertical inverting accuracy analysis of the device. The results of the study show that the precise control of the vertical inverting feeding of paper can be realized through the control of the angle.

Abstract: The digital inkjet CTP (Computer to plate) device is one of printing equipments that urgently needs to be reseached and invented in China. Based on the current situation for computer inkjet plate-making devices widely used in the market, this thesis introduces work principle and system composition for inkjet CTP device, mainly from from the mechanical perspective to introduce structural composition of inkjet CTP device. By taking the example of some naked plate of inkjet CTP device, the sample of fabricated machine is studied for the composion of each mechanism in mechanical parts.

Abstract: To reflect the relationship between the trapping effect and colorimetric value of prints, this paper establishes an algorithm to calculate the ink trapping ratio. The new algorithm assumed that the second ink of two-color overprint solid forms an evenly distributed and thinner ink layer by keeping the total ink volume as constant and it employed the transmittance of single solid ink and overprint solid to compute the ratio of the thickness of the second ink layer printed on the first ink layer and on the blank paper on basis of Lambert's law. Because of the difficulties of measuring the transmittance of prints, it used the Clapper-Yule model to calculate them. To evaluate it, the ink trapping ratio computed by the densitometry method and the new algorithm for two sets of two-color overprint solid were adopted to predict the spectral reflectance of them. By comparing the CIELAB color difference between the calculated and measured value of spectral reflectance, the proposed new algorithm is precisely defined and it improves the calculation accuracy of ink trapping.

Abstract: According to the result of survey and research, the device combining powder sweeping and powder sticking is used for powder removing. Powder sweeping section is to use three soft brush rollers, covered with a large air suction device. Powder sticking section is to use a rubber roller and a hot pressing steel roller, with a hard brush roller which can sweep the powder on the rollers surface, extracting the powder to the filter device via exhausting pipe.

Abstract: The role of manufacturing has changed from a producer of products and services to one that integrates the whole industry value chain. In this situation, this paper proposed a new-type networked manufacturing mode which is called outsourcing-driven social manufacturing (od-SM) to solve complex manufacturing problems and perform large-scale collaborative manufacturing. First, the framework of od-SM is proposed. Then, some key enabling technologies such as modeling and community structure of outsourcing-driven social manufacturing network (od-SMN) and generation of outsourcing-driven transient machining system (od-TMS) are talked about in detail. Finally, the conclusions and future work are put forward.

Abstract: The paper first analysiss the types and methods of the wildcard characters, then discuss the matching in manufacturing engineering problems which it exists in the pattern matching. According to the problems, it puts forward algorithm to realize approximate matching. At last, it provides the flow charts and examples of the algorithm. From the example of experimental result, exact machining can be realized approximate matching through the wildcard characters. So various matching algorithm can be extended and used more.

Abstract: The efficiency E of a punch for making printed wiring boards is decided by its cost and time. The weight of cost and time is different in different companies. In this paper, we establish a bi-object programming model to measure E. We use an algorithm for obtaining an order of tool switching. Considering how to calculate the shortest path for every tool, we compare three modern optimizationalgorithms. We find Ant colony Algorithm is best in computing the shortest path, but it will cost a lot of time in running. Genetic Algorithm is better than Simulated Annealing Algorithm in time and cost. We make some improvements on these algorithms.

Abstract: In order to realize the tropical fruit quality safety traceability, the paper proposes that using two-dimensional bar code (QR Code) technology constructs the tropical fruit quality safety traceability system. On the basis of the study of the two-dimensional bar code (QR Code) technology in Manufacturing Environment, author analyzes the elements involved of tropical fruit production and circulation, uses HACCP, FMECA and other technical methods, puts forward the key elements of the quality and safety of tropical fruit, uses country and industry relevant coding standard, and constructs tropical fruit quality safety traceability system based on two dimensional bar code (QR Code). Application shows that the tropical fruit companies or production bases by using the system improve the tropical fruit production safety management level, realize the tropical fruit quality safety traceability, promote tropical fruit industrialization and standardization management.

Abstract: To discuss the flying cutter used in PS plate production line.From mechanical and control two aspects to optimization improvement, in order to adapt to the cutting requirements. For new control scheme, in the theoretical derivation and actual operation were introduced, the new scheme in the actual operation of the encountered problems were analyzed, and the method of solution to meet the Plate material. Through the practical application and theoretical checking, proves the validity and feasibility of the scheme.

Abstract: The application of air cushion in lamination process in the printing and packaging field is still a new attempt. In order to further understand the effect of air cushion lamination process in practical application, an experimental research is made on air cushion lamination. The air pressure distribution simulation results are verified using experimental device, and the pressure, thickness and lamination time of air cushion are varied. In addition, a process test is made over the adhesion of the corrugated core paper and surface paper using orthogonal experiment. The results show that the air cushion lamination process is feasible for lamination and the simulated air-cushion pressure distribution is consistent with the measured results. In this experiment 1000 pa air-cushion pressure, 2 mm air cushion thickness, 3 min lamination time, selected as the process parameters for the adhesion of corrugated paper, are appropriate.
