Abstract: A new type of inline coating system is designed and developed. The coating system can be mounted into printing press instead of blanket cleaner. An anilox roller and a sealed duct on the glazing oil transferring part for supplying and transferring the coating oil are introduced. A set of pressure adjusting mechanism is designed for changing the pressure between anilox roller and blanket cylinder, while a set of on-off impression mechanism is arranged to change the position of anilox roller and the on-off impression state. The press can print as normal when the coating system is dismounted. With this coating system, the press can coat prints with glazing oil. This system can be mounted in various type of printing machine. One new type of glazing technology named reverse coating can be achieved when it is mounted in multicolor press.

Abstract: Frozen food is popular with more and more customers nowadays, it's consumption is growing rapidly.The packaging of the frozen food usually uses paperboard. Frozen food may suffer temperature fluctuations in the process of storage, transportation and sales, which cause the paperboard sop up , the strength come down and packaging carton dilapidation. Paperboard should have moisture-proof, waterproof and high strength properties in order to ensure that the packaging carton have sufficient strength. In this paper, the methods and researches of obtaining moisture-proof and waterproof paperboard based on paperboard surface treatment and pulp preparation were introduced.

Abstract: In order to imitate the motion of a free failing package, one kind of drop test machine for transport package is designed. This paper analyzes the problems of existing drop test machines, conducts machine and electric control design, illustrates the structure, operating principles and methods, and then improves the appearance of the machine. As is shown by the experiment results, the drop test machine for transport package enjoys the advantages of low cost, simple structure, ease of processing and high security. It can satisfy the actual demands of packaging enterprises and institutions of scientific research and has high value of engineering application in packaging equipment.

Abstract: Design of a kind of fruits and vegetables temperature gradient storage, which is characterized in that: the subsidiary structure, composed of the static pressure chamber, buffer room and gradient storage. Through experimental measurements, the temperature distribution in the temperature gradient storage between the deviation in ± 0.5oC, relative humidity were kept at 60%~70% to that without, but relative humidity of the humidification treatment were 85%. The storage experiment results show that, compared with the blank control, humidification treatment can significantly reduce the water loss rate of fruit and vegetable.

Abstract: This paper expands the study of XUT-CAPT-V2.1 System, which developed by Xian University of Technology. It analyzes how the different factors, including additive (diluent), substrates, printing pressure and printing speed, influence the reproduction of spot color matching in gravure. The results show that it must firstly ensure the accuracy of color matching trend with the deliquating of the three primary colors, which use for matching in the experiments, and then keep the color matching effect as accurate as possible and the color gamut as wide as possible. On different substrates, the printing effect is different with the same ink. The density of ink is changed in according to different printing pressure and speed.

Abstract: To study the plate washer sewage treatment, the mature theories and structures in other sectors were introduced the printing industry. Plate washer is a kind of printing auxiliary equipment, mainly used for the printing plate cleaning and washing wastewater treating and recycling, the sewage treatment system including filtration part and distillation part, filtering part which is based on design of automatic self-cleaning filter have two stage filtration system, distillation part use crude oil distillation tower as the distillation system model.

Abstract: Currently domestic full-automatic flute laminating machines are mostly structures modeled on foreign machines. The precision and stability of these machines manufactured by domestic enterprises are low because of the difference in parts machining capacity, specification and performance of raw materials. In view of the poor laminating accuracy, stability, inconvenient pressure adjustment of domestic full-automatic flute laminating machines, the structural analysis is performed over the domestic full-automatic flute laminating machines, in an attempt to improve the paper route and speed of suction belt, change the position of photoelectric detection and carry out the installation and debugging experiment. Certain economic and social effects can be obtained through the production and sales of the outsourcing units.

Abstract: Based on the flatbed inkjet printing technology development status at home and abroad, provided an overview of the flatbed inkjet device and technology principle, and introduced the required ink and plate. To focus on the flatbed inkjet device which the plate is fixed and the print head moves, put forward the mechanical design requirements. Besides, from the structure and layout of the device, elaborated the types of the flatbed inkjet device innovative ideas of design. Finally, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the flatbed inkjet technology, and forecast its development prospects. To have some help in better understanding and application of flatbed inkjet technology.

Abstract: The study of the thesis is based on advanced vibration testing and pressure testing equipment; we can get accuracy test data including shaft vibration, radial vibration, and the pressure of printing and other parameters. Mackling Rails quantitative is descripted by self-made module, combined with the test data of the mechanical parameters; I establish corresponding relationship between Mackling Rails and dynamic characteristic parameters of printing machinery, which provide a method to get rid of relying solely on experience. It makes Mackling Rails detection more convenient and reliable. Solutions introduced in the thesis also apply to other fault of the press.
