Abstract: In order to realize the detection of diffractive light after the image segmentation using cylinder grating, the parameters of a cylinder grating was optimized using the wave optics theory. By analyzing the relation of optical path length variation with the diffraction angle of single cylinder lens diffraction, and by Fraunhofer approximation, the analytical expressions of cylinder lens diffraction was given. By setting parameters to calculate and simulate, it was found that to increase the ratio of curvature radius and grating period could effectively reduce the spatial distribution of the diffraction light intensity. For the gratings that already exist, by reducing the ratio of refractive index of the gratings material and environment, the spatial light distribution of the grating could be reduced. If the cylinder grating period is too small, the overlap part of images segmentation light diffraction intensity will increase. But it occupies smaller proportion of the total light intensity. After the optimization design of cylinder grating, the results showed that it could be used for non-contact speed measurement in the range of some parameter.

Abstract: In order to analyze the force condition and crushing power of crusher teeth plate, the discrete element method models of jaw crusher and double-cavity jaw crusher are set up respectively using EDEM, a kind of software for discrete element analysis. Meanwhile, the working process, the loading force on the teeth plate and crushing power are simulated. The results show that: the rationality of the DEM simulation is declared, and the crushing process of the particles is also shown intuitively. The loading force condition and the crushing power of the moving jaw teeth plate serve as basis for its abrasion and energy consumption respectively.

Abstract: For paper forward unit of the current forward type flute laminating machine, the contact surface of the paper forward unit may damage paper during high speed paper forwarding. In view of this phenomenon, a solution is proposed through the study on the feeding unit of the flute laminating machine. In this paper, the corresponding sprocket driveshaft is controlled by a servo motor to slowly forward paper at the beginning and accelerate its forwarding speed gradually, until the entire feeding process is completed. In this way, the problem of paper pile-up and damages during the paper forwarding process can be solved, while matching backing paper feeding, so as to improve the feeding accuracy of the full-automatic flute laminating machine and hence its laminating accuracy.

Abstract: Comply with the binding of books and the development trend of automation, the single process mechanization is the real road for some small binding enterprises and characteristics of binding enterprises. The structure principle and characteristics about the motor driven book lateral indentation machine were introduced aiming at the high quality requirements for binding book. This paper analyzes the working program of the motor driven book lateral indentation machine and its adjustment principle. We provide the evidence to choose the reliable auxiliary tool for binding correctly. Further, providing the basis to ensure the quality of modern book binding appearance

Abstract: Aimed at the design mathematical modeling of a certain brand of automobile, the finite element modeling of the whole car was built with the help of HyperWorks software based on FEA principle. According to the C-NCAP and E-NCAP principles and in the environment of LS-DYNA, the paper did a computer simulation of the side MDB impact and side rigid column impact to the car. From the perspectives of the invasion, invading velocity and invading acceleration of pillar B and the door, as well as the whole car conversion of energy, the paper evaluated the effects of the two impact simulation experiments and contrasted the simulation results of these two impact experiments, which helped study the different impact characteristics and further improve the side impact security of this car.

Abstract: For optimizing hydraulic absorbers energy absorbing, weve studied the effects of the velocity point (Vmax), the valves opening gate (V0), the stage after the valve is open and the hysteretic lag. The equations of the F-V history curve and the F-S curve at the stage before the valve is open (T1) and after the valve is open (T2) were set up. When Vmax was bigger, T1 was shorter and the displacement of the opening gate (S0) was smaller. But S0 was approximate to A. If we advanced V0, S0 would be smaller, but S0 was was still close to A and it might cause an abnormal vibration. The F-S curve was an ellipse curve at T2. The area of this ellipse was close to k2, but the plumpness degree (φ) was a constant. The damping forces hysteretic lag would induce the F-S curves un-plumpness and over-plumpness. The un-plumpness is more severe than the over-plumpness. It is proper to use the opening gate instead of Φ to describe the damping forces hysteretic lag.

Abstract: In order to enhance the cleaning speed, reduce the cleaning cost and solve other problems of the existing cleaning equipment for blanket cylinder, we put forward a new-type unpowered cleaning equipment for blanket cylinder after a comparative analysis between powered spurt brush type cleaning equipment and unpowered cleaning cloth type cleaning equipment with respect to their structures and characteristics. Furthermore, after we study the cylinder structure of printing press and the cleaning effect of the existing cleaning equipments, a spurt brush type is proposed. We obtain the optimal pressure of this cleaning equipment through repeated experimental analyses on the pressure exerted by brush roller on blanket cylinder. The velocity parameter is determined by analyzing the cleaning principle of brush roller.

Abstract: The windage yaw of suspension string under dynamic wind was analyzed with the method of finite element (FEM). By using finite element software ABAQUS, the windage yaw angle of suspension string under gust and pulsating wind for 500kV high voltage transmission line was also computed and compared with the result calculated by traditional statics method, it clearly shows that the windage yaw angles of suspended under those two kinds of dynamic winds are larger than those determined by existing design discipline of high voltage transmission line, which may be one of the reasons for flashover caused by windage yaw happening frequently.

Abstract: Taking the finite element software ANSYS as the analyzing platform, a finite element model of the ZB39 glass-shaped tangent tower model was established and static wind load was precisely applied by means of a sectional-loaded method. After analyzing its static characteristics, it was put forward that the effect of weight of transmission line could be neglected while doing design analysis under the maximum wind. What is more, with increase of the tower height, the axial stress in the main members of the tower dropped. The axial stress in the tower leg was the biggest and the tower structure had crucial impact on the members.

Abstract: With the development of high temperature superconductor (HTS) material, countries all over the world have shown great attention in HTS generator over the theoretical research and application. In this paper, a 3MW high temperature superconductor wind generator has been designed by using the RM and Maxwell 2D module of FEM software Ansoft. This design use the second generation HTS material YBCO bulk to be the permanent magnet. It break through the capability limitation of the traditional permanent magnet generation. Based on the FEM simulating, calculating and changing the parameter, the data of the HTS wind generator has been shown, such as magnet line of force, magnetic-field distribution and so on. Compared with the traditional permanent magnet generation, the HTS wind generator has a strong superiority in various aspects.
