Modelling and Analysis of a Novel Mechanism for EMT Actuator

Article Preview

Abstract:

The gearshift actuator system is of significant importance to the performance of shiftability. In this paper, we aim at a novel electric gearshift actuator which is used in a hybrid transmission. The basic topology, working principle and characteristics are discussed. A model established to analyze shift application, durability and reliability of key components is developed. Existing problems and critical issues for further research are discussed as well.
