The Rolling Mill Deviation Analysis and Improvement in Hydraulic Pressure

Abstract:

This paper introduces the working principle and the failure phenomenon of the steel hydraulic station of Xian steel rolling mill, Shaanxi Longmen Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. We made a synthesis of the reasons of the failure phenomenon. On this basis, we put forward the improvement measures about the steel hydraulic system. The work showed that this improved method can effectively solve the failure phenomenon of the Steel hydraulic station, thereby achieves good results and a certain economic and social benefit.
