Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, video surveillance system has been widely used with trend of digital, networked and intelligent. Many enterprises have a lot of information management systems simultaneously, such as ERP, PLM, and MES etc., and how to solve the efficient integration between various information systems is more concerned about. This article is based on the real-time monitoring technology, studied by use of soft camera technology to build a critical enterprise information integration platform which has certain realistic meaning and practical value.

Abstract: Reserve inspection is of great significance for rational mining and environmental protection of opencast mine. This paper proposes a method for rapid reserve inspection of opencast mine. The method uses ordinary digital camera which is calibrated rigorously to acquire images of opencast mine, and carries out a series of image processing steps including distortion correction, relative orientation, absolute orientation and stereo matching, thus generating the point cloud and reconstructing the three-dimensional mine model. According to the earlier topographic and design data, the variations of mine surface, volume and reserve are thereby calculated. The practical application of the method proposed has achieved great improvement in efficiency and accuracy for opencast mine reserve inspection.

The research achievements and present development situation of four dynamic analog circuits fault feature extraction methods are summarized. The characters of each method are discussed. The develop directions of dynamic analog circuits fault feature extraction methods are pointed out.

Abstract: Based on weighted grey relational analysis, a new failure diagnosis method for complicated electronic equipments is proposed. First, according to the typical failure samples and weight values to construct grey reference sequence. Secondly, calculating the individual relational coefficient and grade to form grey relational grade sequence. Finally, according to the maximal grey relational grade to choose the corresponding failure mode as the finally diagnosis result. The results of analyses show that the proposed method has higher diagnosis accuracy and reliability than the traditional grey relational method.

Abstract: An on-board automatic test system (ATS) based on CPCI bus was designed utilizing the application of computer, virtual instrument and database technology. In this paper, the test system architecture was introduced, the hardware structure explained and the software implementation expounded. Application of the prototype system on aerial fire control equipment for a series of fighters proved that proposed system is more powerful in functions, better in user interface and more convenient in operation compared with the traditional automatic test system.

Abstract: The development of an intelligent fault testing equipment for electrical system of a mechanized bridge is accomplished based on embedded system. This equipment consists of USB communication interface, data acquisition unit, intelligent fault diagnosis as well as maintenance and management function together with embedded microprocessor MSP 430. It can carry out data acquisition and condition monitoring with multiple operating parameters, such as voltage, current, resistor, frequency as well as other operating state values. The fault testing and diagnosis are automatically performed by the application of measured data, user input observation results that are represented by logical value, and the detection results of other testing equipment. In addition, The graphical user interface facilitates users measurement and observation till to the location of the fault parts, and subsequently help users make maintenance solution and scheme. So far, the detecting precision meets the requirements of fault testing of electrical system. The equipment has also benefits of handy structure, lightweight, low consumption, large storage capacity, excellent expandability and intelligent inference capability. It provides engineering vehicles, for instance mechanized bridge, with proper and dedicated intelligent monitoring, diagnosis and testing equipment. Meanwhile the work presents an important technical method for the technical support of the various engineering equipment in time of war.

Abstract: After studying the relationship between the moisture content of crops and their relative permittivity, the principle of capacitive sensor and the research results of measuring micro-capacitance, this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of dielectric properties of grain, the dielectric properties of wheat, corn and rice, the relationship between the dielectric properties of these crops and their water content. With these theory analyses, the paper gives a full look on the grain moisture detection system by the means of dielectric properties, which consists of six parts, a cylindrical capacitor, signal conditioning circuits, single-chip control module with an A/D converter, temperature detection module, keyboard module and display module. The system is simple, and can adapt to extreme environment and accomplish the rapid detection in manufacturing. A description is given of the principle, its hardware circuit and software programming flow chart.

Abstract: The types, causes and image properties of the defective and damaged chips are been analyzes. On the basis of analyzing the image properties, Bayesian classifier and identification method are proposed. Based on the Bayesian decision theory, five kinds of image features such as the number of light spot, dark spot, edge spot, block and area are applied. Normal distribution is made use to building classifier and studying the correction strategy of model. In the process of identification, dynamical correction and model parameters completion make the classifier have some degree of self-learning feature and higher identification accuracy. Abstract: A system, which is real-time, remote, automatic for monitoring the subsidence of building, is introduced. Hydrostatic leveling, displacement sense by electromagnetism, computer technology are integrated into the system. The system can realize real-time, continuous acquisition and management of the measured data, and when the quantity and speed of the subsidence exceed the certain warning value,the system can realize automatic early-warning. Compared with geometrical leveling, the system has advantages of high accuracy, real time, continuous, unattended, remote, wireless for monitoring and early-warning.

Abstract: The key technology in monitoring and alarming was investigated, aiming at the data exception and system fault existing in digital campus information system. Data monitoring and management flow was proposed and a data monitoring platform combining monitoring and alarming as well as data management was established. According to the actual requirement of universities, a 3-layers data monitoring system on digital campus was designed and implemented. By accomplishing about 100 data monitoring tasks in multiple business activities, it met the expected result in the establishment and operation of digital campus.
