Abstract:

In recent years, as economic political reform of China further deepening, various structural contradictions further highlights, unharmonious factors of effect social stability large exists, that constantly caused some unexpected group events, so the research of risk early warning model about unexpected group events has very important significance. In the analysis of the concept of unexpected group events and the basis of the nature and main characteristics, has put forward principles and specific implementation of steps about risk early warning model of unexpected group events based on AHP. Established a multi-layer hierarchical structure model to determine the hierarchical relationship between elements of unexpected group events. The relative importance of each layer elements in the model is given quantitative representation of reality based on objective judgment. Using mathematical method to determine the relative importance of all elementss weight of each layer, to receive the relative importance portfolio weights for the overall objective, to obtain a result of the risk early warning degree about unexpected group events, to provide important scientific decision support in order to prevent the occurrence of unexpected group events, to achieve the goal of effective responses to unexpected group events in a timely manner.
