Abstract:

Chinese petroleum enterprises, as the monopolizing state-owned energy enterprises, are different from others. They are not only responsible for maximizing organizations profits, but also in charge of mobilizing oil resources under emergency which means the supply ability to cope with sudden increasing demand for oil. In the emergency mobilization of processed oil, relevant groups capability to accomplish the goal is directly determined by the reliability of its supply chain. This paper discusses the reliability of processed oil supply chain from the perspective of emergency response. First, it demonstrates a reliability model for the supply chain. Then, on the basis of this model, a reliability evaluation index system is established and the specific calculation method is given. Lastly, the author comes up with some suggestions for enhancing the reliability of processed oil supply chain.
