Auricle Bracket Rapid Prototyping Optimization and Process Control
Several key problems in the process of auricle bracket prototyping have been discussed, new research ideas and detailed solutions have been brought forward. Points’ data is acquired through setting rational scan processing parameters and overlapping the data of multiple scans, after analyzing the optimal object functions and strategy, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the prototyping direction, and further separate layers, arrange parts layout and manufacture the prototype. The method can collect more integrated auricle points’ data and optimize in real time. The result shows a perfect optimization has been achieved, after further planning, a satisfactory auricle bracket can be manufactured.
