Abstract: The partial discharge (PD) detection systems are often vulnerable to strong external interferences, and sometimes the PD signals are submerged in noises (white noise for example) completely. So the signals acquired must be preprocessed to obtain the reliable PD information. While there are many methods for white noise denoising, mostly are not very suitable for partial discharge. The wavelet transform (WT) coefficient of PD and white noises have different spread characteristics in different WT scales. Based on the Information Theory, The Minimum Information Description Length (MDL) criterion is a optimization strategy, a small amount of signal parameter is requried to the PD signals representation, the paper proposes a wavelet spatial correlation algorithm to partial discharge denoising based on MDL criterion: optimal wavelet function is selected based on MDL, then have the white noise reduced in WT, the algorithm has wonderful virtues such as free from any parameters estimation about noise, free from presetting threshhold and threshold chooseing behavior, so the algorithm is highly adaptive. Large amount of experimental results illustrate that the method presented in this paper are efficient and feasible and outperforms other general method of PD noise reduction.

Abstract: Aiming to improve current miner location system in underground mine, we design a Zigbee wireless network to locate miner and transmit location information.This system using wireless location engine CC2431 chip and RSSI location algorithm can collect mine gas information and analyse data, which has a good reliable and real-time characteristics. Accurate information would be provided to rescue team timely.

Abstract: Monitor of network flow is one of the most significant ways to improve network administrative efficiency. By introducing technology relevant to network flow monitor and analyzing monitor system of campus network flow, this paper brings forth collection of Campus network flow and statistic of network flow, adopting Visual C++ 6.0 technology to design structure of this plan. This paper also points the key technology and means to realize monitor system of campus network flow and monitor system of campus network flow. It is reliable and extensible to for realization of system to improve administrative function. It is easy to realize the function of collection of campus network flow and flow statistic.

Abstract: To assist the designer improving affection and efficiency, the development method of the navigating and fallback design system is presented. The navigating system provides not only the guidance to avoid mis-operation but also the milestones of key designing steps. With the dynamic designing tips, the unfamiliar task can be carried out efficiently and accurately. By recording the process of each designing step, the fallback design supporting strategy allows going back to the preceding designing stage. Meanwhile, the correlative interim results and dynamic designing reports are updated correspondingly. The key enable technologies to implement the method are presented. Moreover, the interactive database operation and dynamic description strategy of designing processes are illustrated, which are implemented on the basis of ADO and OLE technologies.

Abstract: The purpose of the cluster in order to achieve more economic expansion, the expanded use cloud computing cluster point of departure, proposed the basic framework of a cluster expansion and describe local priority strategy and cloud environments priority strategy, and in accordance with the characteristics of cloud computing, based on the calculation of the strength of the new scheduling strategy. Abstract: These online tools, led by the Google Earth virtual globe, are changing the way we interact with spatial data. This paper focused on how to develop a virtual globe-based interactive service system for risk assessment of dam-break in Barrier Lake. Unlike existing work, virtual globe technology was used as a medium for geographic visualization and analysis. Moreover, GIS spatial analysis and real-time interactive operation with the service system will also be implemented to support the simulation analysis of dab-break flood routing. The experimental results show that the scheme developed in this paper is efficient and feasible.

Abstract: This work mainly focus on the design and implementation of context-based adaptive binary arithmetic coding (CABAC) parallelization on multicourse digital signal processor (DSP) platform. Syntax elements partitioning based on load balancing is proposed to achieve data parallelization of CABAC. On the multicourse DSP, a task-dispatch structure is proposed. Inter-core communication is achieved by combination of shared memory and interrupt. And inter-core synchronization is achieved by combination of shared variable and hardware semaphore. The above structure makes the overall system clearer and program control easier. A speedup of 2.77 is obtained.
