Abstract: This paper models the controlled object with varying sample period by using predicted delay as sample period based on model and proves a necessary condition for making the system stable using Lyapunov function, then obtain the real-time controller gain in every step with LMI. The three cases illustrate the correctness and validity of the proposed method.

Abstract: Using energy-harvesting technology can make the work scope of passive radio frequency identification tag to achieve the maximum .The study put forward to collecting light from the solar cell share tag antenna area, that provides the power source except from the reader receive to electromagnetic power ,which to activate the label circuit. In order to make solar cell to the influence of the tag antenna to minimum ,so optimize it with electromagnetic simulation on its position .The collected dc power could convert into the radio frequency with the efficient E-class oscillator , as well as it could flow into the radio frequency identification tag terminal with the aid of the proper designed coupled circuit .The oscillation frequency is selected on the principle of not affecting the operation of label back scattering .The presented oscillator is showed in the simulations .The E-class oscillator is used together with other forms of collection technology ,such as thermoelectric collect machine.

Abstract: This paper considers the problems of simultaneous unknown input and disturbance output reconstruction for linear systems. By introducing an augmented vector, an augmented system is constructed. Then, a robust sliding mode observer is proposed to not only estimate the states of the system but also reconstruct the disturbance output vector. A first-order robust exact differentiator which can be used to produce the estimates of the system output derivatives is considered. Based on the robust sliding mode observer and the estimates of the output derivatives, a kind of simultaneous unknown input and disturbance output reconstruction method is developed. Finally, a numerical simulation example is used to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Abstract: In an intensive RFID reader environment, multiple RFID reader are deployed together to cover a pointed area. In such intensive RFID reader application, it needs to determine how many readers are enough to cover the expect area and calculate the position of readers. However, the coverage of multiple readers is a NP problem. Therefore, it needs an approximate approach to optimize the coverage. In this paper, we proposed a lattice decentralized approach to model the coverage problem of intensive RFID reader deployment. In our novel model, both the deployment area and the reader reading region are discretized to a lattice and described by a matrix. Then, the coverage is easily calculated by matrix operation. In order to test our discrete method, we propose a heuristic algorithm to deploy readers based on the PSO (particle swarm optimization) algorithm. The simulations show that the proposed algorithm can cover an irregular or regular area with a high coverage rate and a low overlapping rate.

Abstract: Energy efficiency is an important issue in the wireless communication system as the increasing number of wireless network users and the emerging data usage. Heterogeneous network (HetNet) is a possible way to reduce the energy consumption since the distance between user equipment (UE) and the base station is shortened in HetNet, which sharply reduce the pathloss between the transmitter and receiver. This paper investigates the energy efficiency of Pico-Macro system in terms of Joule per bit. A effects of using Cell Range Extension (CRE) of Picocell based on energy efficiency is investigated and verified through the simulation results.

Abstract: With an aim at printing quality on-line detection, a method based on two-times difference image algorithm was proposed. Firstly, a standard template image and a gray threshold value image were calculated by using statistical methods. Secondly, an abnormal spots image was obtained through two-times difference image of the detection image, the standard template image and gray threshold value image. Lastly, the defects can be detected by analysis of connected region of the abnormal spots image. The results demonstrated that the problems of false detection and omission detection due to edge of image can be solved effectively, and the detection accuracy can be improved through this method.

Abstract: it is hard to establish the accurate model by using the traditional PID algorithm, and hard to adjust the system parameter in nonlinear system. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed PID algorithm based on Fuzzy Neural Network. This algorithm combined PID algorithm, fuzzy control algorithm and neural network algorithm together, and formed one kind intelligent control algorithm. This paper designed and researched this algorithm, and applied in the PLC temperature control system. The experimental result indicated that the fuzzy neural network PID controller improved the controller quality, conquered some question such as variable parameter and nonlinear, and enhanced the systems robustness.

Abstract: Demodulation scheme was proposed in satellite systems to received Automatic Identification Systems (AIS) signals, with the potential presence of other interfering signals. The counteraction of constant modulus demodulation scheme, referred to as CCMDS, yields a set of single short signals based on the prior information of AIS after estimating the frequency, code rate and modulation index. It demodulates the corresponding short codes according to the constant modulus characters of GMSK signals. The proposed demodulation scheme is simple and easy to implement. Simulations show the satisfying performance and engineering value in demodulating the mixing AIS signals.

Abstract: The element response inconsistency of flat-panel detector may result in ring artefacts in cone-beam CT image reconstruction. Ring artefacts severely affect the quality of CT reconstructed image, thus removing ring artefacts is very meaningful for image analysis and subsequent processing. This paper presents an algorithm for processing reconstructed image, and has achieved a result through simulating. This approach proves very effective in removing ring artefacts from images.

Abstract: The development of Web Service technology provided an innovational way for data sharing and system integration. The Service-oriented architecture (SOA) dedicated to solve the data operating and sharing between heterogeneous systems. In this paper, an earthquake disaster assessment system was built on the SOA point of view. It integrated the GIS operation and the Web Services for data accessing. With the integration of the services from outside of the system, several of data was available for mapping. The system was used in earthquake emergency response. With the usage of the data from the different system, the earthquake disaster assessment model worked more effective.
