Abstract: Nanomaterials have widely been applied in sports engineering, such as sports stadiums, field turf, tracks, sports-wears, equipments and supplements. Inevitably, nanomaterials may cause some potential adverse effects on the cells, lung, liver, kidney, and brain, respectively. Nanmaterials have been fully used in sports fields, and its biosafety should also be focused.

Abstract: High level of humus existing in oil-spilled marsh soil could co-extract with DNA to inhibit PCR amplification. We established a stable DNA extracting protocol by modifying direct lysis and activated sludge DNA extracting procedures: with 0.1g/ml PVPP in extracting buffers to pretreat soils and three cycles of freeze-thawing treatment added, by employing lysozyme and 15% SDS, through reducing duration of water bath and digesting RNA with Rnase A before phenol/chloroform extraction. With high concentration of DNA, this protocol provided lower OD230/OD260 value and appropriate OD260/OD280 ratio, which both were significantly different from 0.1g/ml PVPP & 1% CTAB method, indicating pure DNA solutions. Additionally, DNA purity was further checked by amplifying V3-V5 regions of 16S rRNA on bacterial DNA with primer pair 341F/929R.PCR products confirmed that crude oil-spilled marsh soil pretreated by PVPP protocol and extracted by modified extracting procedure could clear humus better and obtain good quality of DNA.

Abstract: The research concentrates on the preparation of the Nontoxic multi-color fluorescent substance. Fluorescent substance in biology exists two major shortcomings, one is that they are toxic and the other is that they are relatively monotonous, only emitting light of a single color. In response to this situation, we propose a new preparation method of multi-color, non-toxic fluorescent substance and study its fluorescence characteristics.

Abstract: The clothing material is the material basis of the finished garment design, it not only needs to meet the clothing performance indicators, but also to adapt to the requirements of the development of human society. Costume design is the style design and also is the fabric design. Different styles should have the corresponding fabric, and the fabric is also the support of style design. This article integrated a variety of research methods, such as the comparative study of the different art forms, case analysis and measurement of research, and also uses different methodologies, such as information theory, the theory of dissipative structures, psychological theory, sociological theory, cultural theory and aesthetic theory. It is based on the three aspects of clothing materials to analyze the ways and means of the application of new materials in the art of fashion design and artistic expression.

Abstract: Sludge-coal water slurry (SCWS) can be produced by mixing coal water slurry (CWS) with sewage sludge according to differenct ratio. This paper focuses on the combustive feasibility of SCWS in a commercial circulating fluidized bed, and on the emission characteristics of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in flue gas fly ash and bottom ash during combustion of SCWS. The results indicated that incineration can do very well with the temperature 1000 degree, sludge coal water slurry (SCWS) can be effective in improving sludge incineration rate, if the proportion of sludge is 20%~30%,amounts of PCBs is relatively small in flue gas fly ash and bottom ash. So the best burning rate is 20%-30%. Although incineration flue gas fly ash and bottom ash emission standard don't have PCBs regulations, but since PCBs are toxic organic pollutants, it should be strictly regulated.

Abstract: By solid - phase extraction high performance liquid chromatography determination of nonylphenol, Octylphenol in aquatic product residues, to establish more accurate, fast, effective detection method. Sample is 3 trichloroacetic acid solution after extraction, using anion exchange solid phase extraction column purification by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method for determination. Column is Shim-pack VP-ODS 250mm x4.6mm, detection wavelength is225 nm, mobile phase of methanol - water ( volume ratio of 75:25), flow rate is 0.8 mL/min, injection volume is 20 ìL. Octylphenol, nonylphenol respectively in 0.14¡«97.63 ìg/mL ( R=0.9995),0.02¡«51.04 ì g/mL ( R=0.9997) concentration and peak area show a good linear relationship, octylphenol nonylphenol and the recovery is 87.9%¡«93.8%, relative standard deviation is 1.4%¡«3.8%. Solid - phase extraction high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of aquatic product of octylphenol and nonylphenol residue is accurate, rapid, high sensitivity, suitable for aquatic products of octylphenol nonylphenol and detection.
