Abstract: Fermentation temperature is the key to decide the quality of the rice wine, so thetemperature controlling system in fermentation room is established base on stm32 microcontrollerand digital temperature sensor. The whole block diagram for the system is firstly detailed, and thenthe Temperature collecting module and temperature control module are also described. At last thesoftware flow chart is discussed. The experiment is done based on designed system, and the data isanalyzed. The result show that designed system can realize high accuracy temperature controlling.

Abstract: two-phase hybrid stepping motor is widely used for driving part in industry controlling, the research for control algorithm applied in stepping motor becomes more and more important. The mathematic model of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor and the structure of Fuzzy-PID controller are detailed, and the simulation model of Fuzzy-PID controller in MATLAB/simulink is also founded. Finally, the simulation is done separately for a conventional PID controller and the Fuzzy-PID controller, and the result shows that the setting time and the maximum overshoot value is greatly reduced for the fuzzy-PID controller, and the performance of fuzzy-PID controller is better than conventional PID algorithm.

Abstract: This paper studies the stability analysis of discrete time-varying system with parameter uncertainties and disturbances. The system under consideration is subject to time-varying non-bounded parameter uncertainties in both the state and measured output matrices. To facilitate the stability analysis, the T-S fuzzy model is employed to represent the discrete-time nonlinear system. A fuzzy observer is used to guarantee the Lyapunov stability of the closed-loop system and reduces the effect of the disturbance input on the controlled output to a prescribed level for all admissible uncertainties. The control and observer matrices can be obtained by directly solving a set of linear matrix inequality (LMI) via the existing LMI optimization techniques. Finally, an example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: A designed scheme of Vehicle navigation terminal interface Based on QT is presented. According to the current high cost of vehicle navigation terminal is common problem. The paper focuses on the design process of the Linux OSQT GUI and electronic map. The establishment of the communication way of GPRS and the analysis of the GPS data is finished in this paper. The design options of software, combining with hardware, is effective to solve real-time and dynamic update problem of electronic map display, data update, path query functions , The design of the Vehicle navigation terminal provides an important prerequisite for realizing the urban traffic vehicle global optimization and dynamic navigation.

Abstract: In order to solve the time synchronization problem in tandem hot strip line, the traditional algorithm of time synchronization was analyzed, and the server-client mode was compared with the broadcast mode using multithread technology, then the present paper improved the broadcast mode to improve its precision. The new method can estimate total delay including clock offset and network transmission time. A simple, easy and little loading time synchronization method was designed for the distributed process control system of tandem hot strip line. The new method was applied in domestic some tandem hot strip line successfully which showed that it could meet the demands of process control system with little expenses, simple structure and high precision.

Abstract: The working condition of the condenser in power plant is an important factor that affects the economic operation of the power plant. Rubber ball cleaning is a main method to deal with the condenser fouling. The thesis, dealing with the problem of counting errors of rubber ball in the process of condenser cleaning, based on CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device) technology, designs a programme have rubber balls checking and counting automatically. The program takes use of the controlled laser sensors to count the number of rubber balls in every single pipe and the parallel processing capacity of CPLD,and have the number of different pipes counted and shown. Experiments have proved its constancy and accuracy.

Abstract: This thesis has designed a remote control system which takes Micro controller Unit AT89S51 as the core for library temperature and humidity.The system consists of temperature and humidity data acquisition, wireless transceiver, Micro controller Unit and PC data display modules. The system can detect and control temperature and humidity of library remotely in real time, avoid the traditional manual labor tedious, and contribute to the storage of paper documents.

Abstract: The temperature of agricultural film unit affects the plastic film directly. Since unit heating process has the characters of time delay, nonlinear, time-varying and strong coupling. It is difficult to create a mathematical model structure of plastic melting process. Thus, temperature control is very difficult. This paper presents decoupling control strategy and corresponding control algorithm based on PID (proportional-Integral-differential) neural network. Proportional, integral, differential neurons form a three-layer neural network. This design gives full play to respective advantages of PID control and neural network, and takes advantage of BP neural network to establish the dynamic model of system.

Abstract: based on the single chip microcomputer atmega168 robot control system design This paper introduces using micro controller, many sensors, such as ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, infrared range sensor, infrared obstacle avoidance sensor, and also using motor driving module and dc motor design a robot which can operate independently, The robot can detect its own attitude, obstacles, competition venues edge automatically, then according to signal which the sensor feedback to micro controller controlling the motor produce pushing or avoid action. In the design of the robot, we using the sensor redundancy design positioning obstacles in front of robot, we take full advantage of the proximity detector features in order to make the robot highly efficient and stable operation. The robot in the experiment operating in good condition, and it has reference significance for robot design.

Abstract: With a growing popularity of web applications, new technology can be adopted to create a 3D application for robotics simulation without plug-ins or third party components based on HTML5 and WebGL. By the use of 3D modeling software Remo3D, the three-dimensionally geometric model of robots links is built up. The standard COLLADA is used as a file format for storing the scene graph structure of robot model. The application uses open standards and can be run in any modern browser on PC or any smart device without installation.
