Abstract:

In recent years, overall opening of construction plans review standardized survey and design market and control irregularities phenomena of undocumented design, leapfrog design, procuration indorsement, roughly-making and competition by lowering prices. The quality and level of survey and design have been markedly improved, which ensure the structural safety of the construction project and the implementation of the national mandatory provisions.
