Abstract:

This thesis from the perspective of building group space, through the in-depth analysis and expansion of evaluation elements and operating framework in the book Assessing Building performance, extracted building groups space performance evaluation index system: functional indicators. The land function mixture and analysis of accessibility constitutes the function evaluation. Finally introducing the basic data of Wuhan Optics Valley Software Park, mainly about its spatial parameters, has deeply analyzed and demonstrated by using technique. To provide reference of the later design and transformation of similar industrial park building group space.
