Study on Quality Control of the Affordable Housing from Governments Perspective

Abstract:

Based on cause analysis of quality defect in affordable housing, solutions are proposed from the perspective of government. And then the ranking of their importance is figured out by AHP based on evaluation criteria of comprehensive consideration of quality, strengthening supervision and balancing quality and profit-driven developers to help government allocate resources effectively to improve the quality of affordable housing. It is found that government should build synthesized management department and use various methods reasonably according to their orders of importance to ensure the quality of affordable housing.
