The Build of Digitized Design and Manufacture System for NC Machine Tool

Article Preview

Abstract:

According to the development of Numerical Control (NC) machine tool’s manufacture, the way to build a platform of digitized design and manufacture system for NC machine tool was proposed, in which the various and relatively simplex digitized technologies were conformed as well as closely combined with the network and information technologies. From that, the real-time and parallel simulation in the whole process of NC machine tool’s design and manufacture would be achieved. Along with the all-sided expanding of digitized technology in the design field of NC machine tool, the corporations’ colligation which includes design, manufacture and management would be greatly upgraded and the development of entire manufacture will be expedited. And the mechanical equipments’ design and manufacture will be promoted at a larger-scale.
