Abstract: Smart grid is an inevitable choice for the future development of the grid. Smart scheduling is one of the cores to build the strong and smart grid in China. Optimization and Management System for Grid Maintenance Scheduling is an in-depth exploration to achieve dispatching digitalization, intellectualization and visualization. This paper gives a rather detailed description about the functionality and implementation of Optimization and Management System for Grid Maintenance Scheduling. With received maintenance schedules as the basic data, OCCI-based data processing techniques and PSO-based optimization methodology are adopted to achieve the standardization and intellectualization of the grid maintenance scheduling. Moreover, the maintenance schedules generated and related information are managed in a standardized way. The design from this paper together with its programs has been applied in practice, achieving satisfying effect.

Abstract: With the rapid development of domestic economy, the insurance industry has entered the era of fierce competition. While many domestic insurance companies face the policy a lot of business data, they do not have the corresponding ability to carry out deep analysis and mining on massive data bring added value, can not let great effect for enterprise development. Application of data mining technology in the insurance industry, can help the insurance company to improve the level of management and decision, to create a higher rate of return on investment for insurance companies and users. Application Research of the literature data about mining in insurance industry is still very few, this paper will try to explore this area, and put forward specific proposals for data mining technology in the application of insurance of our country problem.

Then, research the .NET Framework Application, mainly research .NET Framework two components .NET Framework class library and Common language runtime. Abstract: The evolution of adaptive IT capability in the ever-changing business environment are not well explained. To fill this gap, this paper depicts a micro-interpretation of the evolution of adaptive IT capabilities from a routines perspective, and uses the agent-based simulation methodology to simulate the evolutionary process of adaptive IT capability as well as to identify the underlying principles.

Abstract: In the actual industrial engineering, the machine may be checked to ensure that they can work efficiently. Thus, the machine has an unavailable interval so that the job could be interrupted. When the machine becomes available again, the job can be resumed processing. When the job is completed, it can be delivered in batches to one customer by vehicles with capacity constraint. Our goal is to minimize the sum of arrival time of batches and the total delivery cost. We develop an optimal polynomial time algorithm and give an instance to verify the algorithm.

Abstract: The method of fuzzy influence diagram is a very effective way when assessing the supply chain risk of electronic products foundries. Firstly, this paper puts forward a idea that using the fuzzy influence diagram method to assess the supply chain risk of electronic products OEM industry. Then construct a supply chain risk assessment model of electronic products OEM industry which is based on fuzzy influence diagram. Through the two points, we can determine how much the probability of risk events and the damage is. Except that, this paper also introduces the steps of model evaluation briefly.

Abstract: This paper discusses how to design and implement the stored grain management system based on graphic variable in GIS environment. A simulation model based on graphic variable for implementing stored grain management was developed in order to implement simple and high efficiency management for a number of stored grain warehouses. The temperature and moisture of stored grain were presented by vector curves or graphic variable that was stored in GIS. Thus, GIS powerful function to process graphic makes the prediction of temperature and moisture of stored grain become simpler.

Abstract: This paper discuses a Bayesian-network method for building an aeration management model for high performance management of stored grain. This model is designed and implemented with a dividing-layer architecture, which is used to complete aeration management of a number of stored grain warehouses in order to increase stored grain safety and to decrease stored grain management cost.

Abstract: This paper uses support vector machine to research on livestock production prediction in heilongjiang province. Use SVM on the input and output data for training and learning, approximate the implied function relationship by historical data, complete the mapping of the new data series, in order to complete the livestock production prediction for future years, and compare the prediction effects with other methods. From the results we can see that, the prediction accuracy of livestock production of the SVM model is superior to other prediction methods.
