Abstract: Based on Niche discrete PSO method, an improved algorithm, which is applied to distribution network reconfigu-reation, is proposed. Above all, the economic assessment model of reconfiguration, which encompasses line loss, voltage quail-ty, load balance and switch acting cost, is established. Then, with Niche operations embedded into the DPSO algorithm, an improved reconfiguration method is presented. Finally, the corresponding software system is realized and this improved algorithm is applied to a typical case. The experimental results have proved that the improved Niche discrete PSO algorithm is reliable and efficient.

Abstract: Nowadays, customer reviews or comments have become a golden mine for B2C companies. How to exploit these reviews more effectively has attracted researchers attention. This paper proposal a new approach of utilizing the reviews, which integrates the reviews unstructured information based on fuzzy cognitive maps and nonlinear Habbian learning. The approach aims to provide an effective way of generating a comprehensive evaluation of an online store.

Abstract: This paper introduces a mature and complete design idea and function structure of B2B E-commerce supply chain management system based on intermediary, wherein the system is mainly based on the front end E-commerce trading system and the back end business support system, and can be simultaneously integrated with such systems of external partners as logistics distribution system, online payment system, SCM system, and ERP system. The system has solved the problem of information disjunction between the upper and downstream enterprises in conventional supply chain management, and realized efficient, reliable and flexible integrated application of every module within the entire e-commerce supply chain management system.

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of the handling operations equipment in container terminal, reduce the waiting time of container ship in Port, this paper researches the integrated scheduling of the different types of handling equipment in container terminal, considers the constraints of different handling equipment impact between each other, build a mixed integer programming model, presents a heuristic algorithm for the of the scheduling problem and gets the approximate solution. The results show that the integrated scheduling can effectively reduce the time of the ship staying in port, and improve the overall operating efficiency of the port.

Abstract: With the CPI keeps rising in some countries, some research institutions pointed out that one of the important reasons is the logistics. This paper come up with a solution Cloud Computing and E-Commerce technology to solve this problem. We researched into the costs of Chinese logistics. The purpose of this study is to use the Cloud Computing and E-Commerce technologies. The solution can substantially lower the costs of the logistics industry up to 30%. We have finished some nuclear technologies. The results suggest a widespread method to develop the logistics industry.

Abstract: This paper proposes the portfolio risk of tracking error based on CVaR, and gives the multi-stages index tracking model considering some real-world constraints. We use the observed historical data and econometric methods to estimate the parameters in our model, rather than assume the returns of risk asset follow some distributions, and use filtered historical simulation method to calculate the CVaR risk of the downside tracking error. We use PSO-DE hybrid algorithm for solving our model by using Shanghai security 50 index and stocks included by the index.

Abstract: To meet enterprise-class application, the paper constructs a general distributed value-added logistics services platform for real-time tracking and querying the goods during storage and shipping process. Based on RFID, GPS and GSM/GPRS to improve storage and transport efficiency, the whole project consists of vehicle-mounted terminals, control center, and warehouse management system. Focused on the onboard system, architecture design and software implementation of terminals are given. The result shows that the system can provide some references for addressing the transparency of the third party logistics and efficient collaboration.

Abstract: Consolidated financial statements can reflect the comprehensive financial position and operating results of foreign trade enterprise group, reasonably determines the merger range of consolidated financial statements which is the key foundation work of preparing consolidated statements. In view of the problem that there is no specific provision of substantial control concrete measurement method of current new accounting standards, the paper takes nine enterprises of Shanghai with unclear merge reasons as sample enterprises. With their financial report from 2009 to 2011 as data sources, panel data model is applied to analyze the influence of merge scope change on sample enterprise book performance. The results show that the consolidated range changes may improve enterprise book report data, and the average value of book achievement influence is about 5.43%.
