Abstract: A temperature and humidity control system of storehouse environment is proposed in this paper, and the hardware structure and Software function are designed based on virtual instrument technology. The design of hardware system includes two parts, one is to monitor temperature and humidity, the other is to control them through turning on/off the executive device. The systematic software was divided into two major function modules: monitor and control module and data management module. In order to reduce the influence of interference and ensure the system stability, the anti-interference program is designed in the system software. Testing result shows the control system is feasible and effective for improving the precision of storehouse environment control.

Abstract: With advance of our human beings science and technology and enhance of the living standards, more and more people have addressed higher requirements on the environmental conditions in a hospital, therefore, the traditional and no-intelligent monitoring devices are being replaced by the automated and networked monitoring systems gradually. In this case, application of the wireless sensor network just fits this need. This paper proposes the Tianjin First Central Hospital indoor environment monitoring & control system of distributed acquisition and execution, and centralized management by focusing on the needs for the technical indicators of the hospital indoor environment. During design of the system, an universal design concept was put forward, and also a non-standard communication protocol for the wireless sensor network designed independently in combination with the OSI open standard. In this paper, realization of the communication protocol among the nodes with embedded software and the operation mechanism of the modes themselves are discussed, also a console panel has been developed for the data center. Several software design algorithms are proposed with respect to the network layout. This paper also describes the test platform of the Tianjin First Central Hospital indoor environment monitoring & control system established with the network components designed, and provides the test and verification results, including the monitored data of the various gases, corresponding automatic control functions, and underlay BER analysis. The results show that this system can basically realize automatic monitoring on the Tianjin First Central Hospital indoor environment. At present, the sensitive gases include CO, CO2, O2, NH3 and formaldehyde, sensitive environments temperature, humidity and light intensity, and controlled targets ventilation and lighting. This paper offers an optional solution for environment monitoring and has certain theoretical value and engineering significance.

Abstract: The problem of robustly non-fragile guaranteed cost control for a class of uncertain time-delay switched singular systems under arbitrary switching laws is considered. By means of matrix equivalent transformation and the relationship between the norm and the matrix, based on linear matrix inequality tools, a sufficient condition on the existence of non-fragile guaranteed cost state feedback controllers is derived, which ensures that uncertain time-delay switched singular system is admissible, and a corresponding cost index can be guaranteed. The design problem of the non-fragile guaranteed cost controller can be turned into the feasibility problem of a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method.

Abstract: Many traffic accidents are caused by automobile brake problems, human consciousness is difficult to accurately control the car's emergency braking in emergency situations, which requires a special automotive braking system ABS that assists the driver to prevent accidents. ABS system goes through the way of pumping to brake, it can prevent automobile from slipping phenomenon due to tire locked die. The automobile ABS system' working principle and its performance are studied, the first part elaborates the working principle and its work flow of ABS system; the second part establishes the EBD control mathematical model of ABS system; in the third part, the use of Unigraphis software carries out simulation for vehicle ABS, automobile brake and vehicle ABS integrated model are set up by Unigraphis software powerful modeling functions, using the calculation module calculates the change of temperature as well as braking force in process of braking, finally to obtain the system temperature of ABS system that is small in the process of braking, however the braking force is a change of curve, so as to prevent slipping phenomenon caused by the tire locked die, providing the theoretical basis for the design and research of ABS.

Abstract: For the loom production management in textile enterprises is lack, and data collection of the looms production process need solve, then textile industry requires the automation of data management, then a card read-write facility has been developed based on USB. The paper introduces the process that Card uses the bus to read and write, and demonstrates the communication process between USB bus and personal computer. It is found that the communication method can obviously improve the speed of data gathering between computer and Card, which guarantees the reliability and stability of system.

Abstract: The laminar cooling process has complex features, such as nonlinear, time-varying parameters, frequent changes of working conditions, and its difficult to achieve precise modeling and the traditional closed-loop control. A multi-layer virtual experiment platform with hybrid programming of configuration is proposed in the paper. Not only does this platform keep the environment similar to the industrial field, but also saves money on purchasing the hardware system.

Abstract: A novel method for optimum vector PWM (OVPWM) control of three-phase grid-connected photovoltaic inverter was described. The control vector and its corresponding action duration composed of the PWM sequences generated by optimum vector PWM strategy. A Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm was applied to determine the action duration of the output voltage vector based on conventional vector PWM (CVPWM). The Matlab-based model of three-phase grid-connected photovoltaic generation system was established. Comparative analysis proving superiority of the OVPWM technique over the CVPWM, and the results of the simulation confirmed the feasibility and advantage of proposed OVPWM strategy.

Abstract: In the paper, the generating process of the furnace gas in ferroalloy smelting process is expounded, taking the gas purification recovery system project of the four ore smelting electric arc furnaces in Sinosteel Corporation Jilin Ferroalloys Co., Ltd as background. The process of the gas purification system is analysed, base on the pipe network structure and the process control requirements in the gas purification recovery system by the current method of the washing tower, venturi tube and the dehydrating tower. The main design of the upper and lower computer control is adopted. The collection of multi-class parameters and the signal conversion mode is established. The coal gas monitoring system with the double closed-loop control of micro-differential pressure of furnace mouth and the reflux valve opening degree is found base on PI control method. It can solve interactive allopatric communication problem between the control room and the pump room. It also can achieve gas purification system integrated automation management with many ore smelting electric arc furnaces. The system runs stably by the assessment of the actual operation. It also meets the actual needs of production.

Abstract: For a vehicle with 5-speed AMT (Automated Manual Transmission), AMESim model of the powertrain is set up, and comparison of simulation and experimental values is carried out to test the reliability of the simulation model. Through the co-simulation of AMESim and Simulink, we use optimal control and PID control respectively to control the starting process. The simulation result indicates that the optimal control strategy can satisfy the requirement for the drivability and smoothness.
