Abstract: According to the characteristics of the small-scale machine production, a job shop scheduling technique was given in this paper. In the technique, two classes of queues were built. The job queue expresses the procedures of a job. The machine queue expresses the actual processing sequence of the jobs on a machine. At first, all job queues could be built and the sequence of the operations in them should not be changed forever; all machine queues are null. The completion rate of each operation is defined. The core task of the technique are prioritizing the operation which the completion rate is the smallest of the job queues inserting into a machine queue, and minimize the finish time of the last operation in all machine. The technique could always achieve good job shop schedules. The feasibility and availability of the technique is verified through an example.

Abstract: The passengers' luggage checking not noly often make the airport staff embarrassed, but also not easy to locate accurately, which often affects passenger evacuation and causes unnecessary disputes. Most of the airport use fixed manual sorting or the technology of barcode, using these methods, however, which greatly affect the quality of services at the airport. This paper presents a system based on radio frequency identification technology (RFID) to achieve luggage matching automatically. In the system,RFID luggage tags will be attached to the target luggage, and the RFID tags which match with the target luggage will be built into a special boarding cards. Only the two RFID tags matching, passengers can freely leave the door in the exit. In order to solve the problem of overcrowding in the luggage claim, this paper proposes to install the LED prompt lights and luggage tracking devices in the U-shaped turntable to improve the accuracy of the luggage claiming. The system provides a new method for airport luggage positioning and management, which be proved of high efficiency, low error rate with some advanced and practical.

Abstract: To ensure the scribe-wheel is always forward along the tangent direction of the cutting path, a new planning algorithm is proposed for the cutter shaft rotating control. The short linear segments used for approximating the cutting curve are separated by the equipartition conditions. For the satisfied ones, the angle between the adjacent segments is linearly interpolated and the cutter shaft rotates without stopping the machine. Otherwise, it needs to stop and rotate the shaft. The experiments show that the deviation error of scribe-wheel is small, and the error existing period is short, which proves the algorithm can achieve the scribe-wheel tangential tracing and satisfy the accuracy requirements while cutting complex shapes.

Abstract: The substation automation equipment are mostly in the bad electromagnetic environment, all kinds of interference can be through different pathways to automation equipment, have a lot of garbage information, may cause many serious problems. To solve the problems of interference is directly related to the safe and stable of substation operation. This paper puts forward several effective anti-interference measures from suppressing interference source, cutting off electromagnetic interference transmission and improving the anti-interference ability of the system.

Abstract: The system is the transporting water mobile robot based on Kinetis K10. In this paper, the hardware circuit and system software are designed reasonably to achieve the robot transport water from origin to destination. The mobile robot can transport water along the black guide lines (any shape) forward and backward. A Kinetis K10 MCU is adopted as the main controller, which is developed by Freescale Semiconductor Company. The line walking, LCD display, water level detection, water storage, water transporting and water pumping are designed detailedly in the smart carring water system.

Research on the Detection of Parallel Arc Faults Based on the Characteristic Analysis in Time Domain
Abstract: Arc fault is one of main cause of fires which bring great loss and damage every year. Researchers show that the conventional circuit breakers probably fail to interrupt the circuit when an arc fault occurs. So, it is very important and necessary to find a new way to detect the arc fault. This thesis focuses on discussing the special characters of parallel arc faults, which are the main cause of fires. In this paper, not only the data of parallel faults, but also the normal working data of different apparatus are obtained. Two significant characters will be described and they will be the key criterions to detect the appearance of parallel arc faults. At last, we test the correctness of this method and get good results.

Abstract: The use of spatial clustering technology has important practical significance to obtain useful information. According to the characteristics of city tunnel real-time traffic ,then, put forward ECRT (Entropy-based City Tunnel Real-time), the object associated with the city tunnel as real-time traffic properties to calculate the entropy of information between the city tunnel, based on information entropy change to achieve real-time traffic urban tunnel clustering. Algorithm used in the actual data set ECRT test. The results showed that the algorithm ECRT is effective.

Abstract: One CNG remote intelligent monitoring system is designed and realized in this article. The monitoring system can receive real time monitoring information and monitor environment of CNG filling station by using GSM short message platform , terminal PC and cell phone based on ARM microprocessor, PTM100GSM module, pressure and temperature detection system, when the pressure, temperature or consistence of gas storage well is over the threshold , the monitoring system will send the alarm signal. Its proved that the monitoring system works stably and reliably and can effectively monitor fatal public danger signal.

Abstract: To solve problem of bearing fault for parcel sorting machine (PSM) induction station system (ISS), a method based on the Rigid-Flexible Coupling and Virtual Prototyping is proposed. Firstly, the ISS structure is analyzed, and then built the model for the induction station and bearing Respectively. Finally, several typical faults for induction station bearing are simulated and compared with the theoretical values. Simulation results show that the method can improve diagnosis accuracy and decrease recognition uncertainty.
