Abstract: Dynamic and real-time monitoring of substation, the analysis of the operating state of the substation through the phasor values of the substation. The phase of accurate measurement is a prerequisite to ensure accurate analysis Substation running state. This paper uses Fourier algorithm, recursive least squares algorithm and Kalman algorithm three methods of phasor calculation solving the acquisition voltage, current from the substation, get the results of calculation and error analysis. Come up with a more accurate method of phasor calculation. Provide a practical method for the accurate analysis of the operating state of the substation.

Abstract: Old buildings surface cracks are more obvious with the accumulation of its disrepair, which will impact aesthetics, durability and even threaten the safety of persons and properties if feature values surpass the security thresholds. In this paper, firstly, the algorithm of the improved Canny operator gray threshold edge detection and location, based on traditional differential operators and sub-pixel positioning algorithms, achieve coarse location, furthermore, the sub-pixel location algorithm of Gaussian curve fitting based on neighbor gradient features realize sub-pixel precision positioning. Finally, crack features are calculated and comparative analysis through the measurement algorithm. The experiments prove the algorithms possess high accuracy and feasibility with important application values of assessment, identification and maintenance.

Abstract: According to the problems of slow weighing speed and low precision resulting from sticky foods caking in quantitative packing weighting, the mechanical structure, the circuit system and the software algorithm were designed in this paper. To improve the weighing speed and precision of sticky foods, the double-tube spiral feeding machine and a special structure of scale bucket were adopted in mechanical structure; a programmable AD8555 was used as weak signal amplifier of weighing sensor and a 32-bit microprocessor LP2134 was utilized as the core of the circuit system; the piecewise weighing method, FIR software filter and the differential algorithm are applied to send command to executive mechanism in program design.

Abstract: The nonlinear feature of the rotating machinery signal in fault situation was extracted and researched based on the collected the vibration signal. And the extraction algorithm was researched. On the basis of the phase space reconstitution the recurrence plot (RP) algorithm was researched with the nonlinear time series analysis method. The inner feature of the recurrence plots was analyzed quantitatively, the feature called recurrence rate was extracted finally. Simulation result shows that the extracted feature has the function and property diagnosis of the machinery faults based on the RP and recurrence quantification analysis (RQA) methods and also with nice engineering application value.

Abstract: Visual fatigue caused by 3D display was studied in a subjective experiment. Electroencephalographic, event-related potentials and some eye-associated parameters were recorded to measure fatigue. Results show that, the increase of blink duration, power of α wave, and latency of P300, together with the decrease of pupil size, can well reflect 3D visual fatigue.

Abstract: Vision-aided inertial navigation systems can provide precise state estimates for the 3-D motion of a vehicle. This is achieved by combining inertial measurements from an inertial measurement unit (IMU) with visual observations from a camera. Observability is a key aspect of the state estimation problem of INS/Camera. In most previous research, conservative observability concepts based on Lie derivatives have extensively been used to characterize the estimability properties. In this paper, we present a novel approache to investigate the observability of INS/Camera: global observability. The global observability method directly starts from the basic observability definition. The global observability analysis approach is not only straightforward and comprehensive but also provides us with new insights compared with conventional methods. Some sufficient conditions for the global observability of the system is provided.

Abstract: In order to solve the coordinate problem of high redundancy and lack of stability in traditional failure mining knowledge base, this paper presents a fuzzy failure mining algorithm to realize regular acquisition in inconsistent case and purification of learning samples by the comprehensive application of fuzzy data processing technology. With characters of simplified samples, strong adaptability, high failure tolerance and not easy to fall into local minimum point, the algorithm can effectively process the diagnosis and incompatible information in network failure mining. The experiments show that the system implemented by this method improves accuracy and speed of diagnosis and has a certain application value comparing to other similar methods.

Abstract: In order to enhance the organization and management efficiency of multi-source heterogeneous data in the collection process for urban ambient air quality monitoring, according to the analysis of the limitations, the existing methods and the features of data collected, a new kind of multi-sensor and multi-level information fusion approach based on vague sets is proposed. The approach takes full advantage of the redundancy and complementarities from inter-level information to achieve the purpose of information integration. The mathematical description of vague sets based on the multi-sensor information fusion is defined and the corresponding model is developed in which the data organization and the monitoring method and the implementation of the hierarchical algorithm are discussed. Finally, the proposed approach is applied to a computing system of the ambient air quality monitoring. The study of this approach can supply scientific accordance for comprehensive monitoring of urban ambient air quality.

Abstract: The serious pollution of lead-acid battery and nickel-cadmium battery prompts the Li-ion power battery to become the new alternative battery. As the main component of the Li-ion power battery, the electrode has a great influence on performance of the battery. It is necessary to design an automatic equipment to inspect the electrode defects of Li-ion power battery. This paper designs a new equipment, in which machine vision is used to inspect the defects of the electrode, PLC to control, Geneva mechanism to drive the transforming of steps and complete the motion of putting the electrode on and removing from the equipment. This design can not only realize highly consistent action, but also save time and improve efficiency.
