Abstract: To solve the problem of attributes interdependence and correlation in comprehensive evaluation, the paper proposes to identify the relationships among the attributes from the decision information system based on the covering rough sets. It first shows a metric with the characteristics of fuzzy measure to measure the hidden importance of attributes, which can be seen as a reflection of the attributes correlation. Then the synthetic importance measure is given by incorporating it into the basic importance. Furthermore, the comprehensive valuation model is constructed by taking Choquet integral as an aggregation operator.

Abstract: Firstly, The core model, structure module, performance characteristics and JTAG debug interface of the microprocessor were described by this article. Then, the system power supply module, prior to the passage weighing signal and tachometer signal circuits were designed in this paper. Secondly, according to the operational needs of the belt scale system, the external memory circuit and the TFT-LCD touch screen circuit modules were studied. Finally, the high-speed circuit board PCB designed to solve EMC problems. And it described the data collection and weighing controller bus communication test situation and established the communications test platform of Profibus-DP, introduced the test experimental procedures, experiment shows the communication between master and slave test results are correct.The computing speed and accuracy, data processing compared with traditional electronic belt scale, information exchange, integration, reliability and stability will be greatly improved by the advanced embedded technology and so on.

Abstract: This paper analyses the attitude measured model and presents the attitude determination algorithm of space TT&C ship (space tracking, telemetry, and command ship) based on single star sensor. Considering lower precision of rolling angel for single star sensor, we proposed an algorithm by integrating attitude determination and redundancy measure to obtain high precision ship attitude data. Aiming at the circumstance of space TT&C ship, the factors that influence the precision of attitude measured data such as the number of star, atmosphere refraction correct and installation elevation are analyzed, which this can provide valuable references to the engineering design for star sensor used on space TT&C ship.

Abstract: With the development of computer technology, the development of artificial intelligence technology, diagnostic techniques to change rapidly in the intelligent stage of development, this paper will mainly based on artificial intelligent fault diagnosis methods are described, mainly the application of BP network in fault diagnosis. And application principle to design a user-friendly display system. Make diagnosis data clearly show on the panel, and at the same time show the fault type and other necessary data. Then the bus data tracking, were analyzed. The system for a new system has complex lines, the number of components and types of features, can quickly identify the fault location, allowing the system to normal operation.

Abstract: For the purpose of extract the fault feature hidden by strong noise background in rolling bearing fault signal, a morphological undecimated wavelet method was proposed. A undecimated wavelet decomposition operator called gradient filter was presented based on an open-closed and closed-open mixed filter. The morphological gradient filter was used to extract the impulse feature of signal. The type and the length of structure elements used in these filters were alterable adapt to the signal. The method was applied to analyze the simulated data and measured vibration signals from the bearing with fault. The results confirm that the proposed method is feasible in impulse feature extraction of signal, and it is more effective than other traditional morphological undecimated wavelet methods.

Abstract: A set of monitoring system is designed aiming at preventing the derailment of the Rail vehicles. The system uses the eddy-current transducer to monitor whether the carriage is in orbit. Zigbee wireless communication technology is used for data transmission. PLC and host computer are used for data processing and display of the system status. Derailment alarm and control interlock will be made in a timely manner to effectively prevent the occurrence of the carriage derailment.

Abstract: As the most important transmission system of vehicles, the gearbox has a high fault rate, so it is meaningful to evaluate and diagnose its health condition and faults accurately. Autocorrelation -envelope analysis is a fault diagnosis method that can suppress the noise and reserve the periodic components of vibration signals. A conclusion has been deduced: amplitude modulated, frequency modulated, or amplitude& frequency modulated signals can be transformed into amplitude modulated signals with the same modulation frequency through autocorrelation processing. Therefore, the aucorrelation-envelope technique is suitable for extracting the fault features of gearbox from its vibration signal with the coexistence of amplitude modulation and frequency modulation. The simulation results verify the validity of the conclusion and the experiment of vehicle gearbox diagnosis indicates the effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: To reduce the computational complexity of JPDA and resolve closely-spaced targets efficiently, decompose JPDA into parallel PDA algorithms without regarding the correlation of targets. For a target, measurements are all clutter except the ones originated from itself. The PDA algorithm to track every single target with fixed covariance of states. When targets got closed within thick clutter, try to avoid coalescence and reduce complexity of association, maintaining the independence of targets through neglecting the assignment association model of measurement-to-track which used to happen once targets gates got overlapped. Simulations give arguments that parallel PDA has a better performance than JPDA in tracking closely-spaced targets.
