Abstract: The teaching goals of higher vocational college English courses require English workers to directly face the problems of students English vocabulary learning. The quantity of vocabulary directly affects the improvement of many language abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, and the vocabulary teaching is the basis and pivotal issue of English teaching. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of vocabulary learning of higher vocational colleges freshmen, and it provides the urgently discussed problem and research methods of vocabulary learning of current higher vocational colleges freshmen. It uses linear regression to discuss and analyze the importance of vocabulary learning, and it has the corresponding empirical study. This paper uses the latest edition SPSS19.0 of the statistical package for social sciences to have statistical analysis of the survey data, and it puts forward the English vocabulary teaching strategy that is suitable for higher vocational colleges. In this way it can cultivate the cognitive thinking ability of students' vocabulary learning to improve the efficiency of learning vocabulary.

Abstract: World cultural heritage is the marrow of an ethnic culture. When ethnic culture exchanges with other world cultures, how to convey cultural information efficiently and exactly to avoid cultural conflict and distortion is the problem that English interpretation system of world cultural heritage should focus on and deal with. This paper will research on the necessity of the English interpretation system of the cultural heritage firstly, then set Dujiang yan of Qingcheng mountain as an example to analyse this topic with the math modeling thought, at last put forward to build the optimization English interpretation system of Sichuan province. It will offer theory and scientific practice for this area to some extent.

Abstract: Most existing verifiable ring signature schemes are based on traditional PKCs, which cannot resist future attacks of quantum computers. Fortunately, the MQ-problem based Multivariate Public-Key Cryptosystem (MPKC) is an important alternative to traditional PKCs for its potential to resist future attacks of quantum computers. In this paper, we proposed a construction of verifiable ring signature based on MPKC, which has the properties of consistent, unforgery, signer-anonymity and verifiability.

Abstract: The system uses C/S and B/S mixed mode. C / S client is responsible for the grid pattern, basis data and knowledge base maintenance. The application which based on B/S client is primarily responsible for billing, execution and scheduling operations ticket management. The system has been successfully applied to the power system of Henan Nanyang region. The practice has proved that the system can not only reduce the intensity of the daily work of the dispatcher, but also for the dispatcher to provide advanced means to improve scheduling safe operation and management level.

Abstract: New router design solution optimized to use the IPv6 RA protocol packets is raised to meet the demand of the security of IPv6 intranet without weakening the end-to-end security of IPv6. Source addresses of nodes in IPv6 intranet change dynamically. That helps to hide the nodes addresses and protect the nodes against attack from extranet. No any additional modification is needed on the intranet nodes. Flexibility of administration and security of intranet is improved with this solution.

Educational games inherited the characteristics of traditional games, combining games with learning completely, which provides college education with excellent new ideas. Abstract: To optimize the opportunistic spectrum access strategy, a new Q-Learning based spectrum access strategy is proposed. The strategy can lead secondary user to select channels with maximum cumulative reward, and maximize secondary user throughput. From the simulation results, compared with random selection algorithm, the algorithm does not require prior knowledge or prediction models of the channel environment, yet can still select the optimal channel adaptively, improve the secondary user capability and attain to the convergence in short time.

Abstract: In this article We analysis the CFD software named OpenFOAM and detailed testing its performance on high-performance computer, and we do analysis the results which provide a valid reference to the engineers. so there will be another choose of CFD software. We built a high performance computer to experiment the parallel performance of OpenFOAM with standard program, and the way we built the high performance computer also useful to the engineers.

Abstract: As a new media platform, the social network like microblog has aroused wide concern in recent years. People become more and more interested in information from microblog. How to retrieval the huge amount of newly created contents in real time is the key issue of microblog, so real-time search is a scalable indexing service that microblog must provide. Analysis on Sina microbolg, a microblog classification and indexing process has been put forward on basis of partial indexing mechanism. Instead of indexing the whole dataset, a partial index is to index the records that may be queried with high probability. The classification scheme can effectively save the real-time search costs and obtain microblog data with high quality.
