Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of agricultural information service, a personalized recommended service strategy is proposed, which based on data extracted. This recommended strategy combined the characteristics of farmers with agricultural information services, and improved the individual applicability of recommendation, also provided a new way to overcome the collaborative recommended sparse matrix.

Abstract: Net security state awareness provides a security management from macroscopic perspectives for managers, but the research on this field still lacks united recognition and rules. The paper bases on the research results of 5-Endsley, raises a kind of expandable model of net security state awareness and introduces the concept of state extract into the field of net security. In the process of dealing with state data, the model introduces space knowledge base to norm the state extract process, and builds models with state as the real objects. The models raised include attack rate, attack time and space information, which simplifies the state extract process, discusses the standards of state models and demonstrates the utility and efficiency by using real statistics to evaluate state models

Abstract: In the "blowout" era of the network resources, a significant amount of redundant network resources have brought a lot of trouble to people. This paper proposes an optimized resource integration scheme in order to properly solve the heterogeneity problem of network resources. Abstract: This paper considers the problem of globally asymptotic stability of the recurrent neural networks with time-varying delays. A linear matrix inequality (LMI) technology and Lyapunov functional method is employed by combing the means of the nonsmooth analysis. A few new sufficient conditions and criterions were proposed to ensure the delayed recurrent neural networks are uniqueness and globally asymptotic stability of their equilibrium point. A few simulation examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the results and to improve feasibility.

Abstract: In bioinformatics research field, researchers from biology, and physics, mathematics, computer science and other disciplines explore the mystery of genetic language by the combination of experimental researches and theoretical analysis, and try reveals the essence of biological genetic information. Bollobás and Riordan pointed out that the definition of scale-free in the context of network graph models has never been made precise. We use spanning trees and other graphs to illustrate some results and phenomenon and try expressing mathematically key notions from researching scale-free networks, and explore constructions and operations of complex networks.

Abstract: Laboratories of IoT Engineering are occupied an important position in education industry. Abstract: [Purpose] To solve problems for lack of the design system for the trellis screen protective device, a general-purpose design system is required to perform structural design and make budget on materials required. [Method] Visual Basic and SolidWorks redevelopment technologies are used to develop this design system, where the user interface and dimensions of parts can be used to update 3D models for parts and assemblies; also, budget can be made on materials required for making the device. [Results] This system is proven to be able to greatly improve the design quality and efficiency. [Conclusion] This system has combined update of 3D models and material budget and will provide reference for other design systems in aspects of design flow and design methods.

Abstract: To lay the foundation for the high performance private cloud storage platform, this paper proposes a new cloud storage structure with horizontal scalability using MongoDB and Hadoop. MongoDB is a powerful NOSQL database which is used to construct the cloud storage platform. In certain scenarios, the map-reduce provided by MongoDB can not meet the need of the complex data analysis, especially for the mass complex unstructured data such as videos and documents. This paper introduce the key technologies in MongoDB and Hadoop, then aggregate the advantages of them to build a high performance private cloud storage infrastructure based on cheap personal computer clusters. This infrastructure combines the high horizontal scalability of MongoDB and the high-performance analysis capability from Hadoop.

Abstract: Substantial literature indicates that it is necessary that infants receive early intervention services to improve long-term outcomes after birth. The effectiveness of parents as agents of intervention in the childs home environment is gradually realized. However, there a significant gap between the intensive service requirements for low-birth-weight (LBW) infants because the intervention requires intense one-on-one supervision by highly trained care givers. Based on web technology, we developed a supporting system to inform and teach parents in the early intervention of high risk infants. Results show the web-based training as a promising method of early intervention helps these caregivers in their practice of caring the high risk babies and may help overcome problems associated with the critical shortage of neonatal professionals.
