Abstract: with the implementation of new teaching reform, universities begin to reform the teaching mode. Sports has also been included in the reform on important curriculum system. Martial art courses have many functions which are welcomed by students, such as, self-defense, physical fitness and so on. But according to the investigation that martial arts curriculum resources are limited, many students cant successfully choose it. Even if students have selected, the teaching effect is not good due to the large number of students. In order to realize the teaching goal of students as the main body, students emotion as the main line, the paper relies on the latest information technology ICT method to study the reform of Martial Arts teaching system, and based on the ICT network integrated information service, it has made experimental verification on the system integration and equipment leasing of Martial Arts teaching system. On the basis of the requirement in "sports and healthy curriculum standard", it has made the teaching goal for students mastering certain difficulty training routines and the mutual practice, which achieves the comprehensive reform of Martial Arts teaching system, and provides a theoretical reference for the study of sports teaching new reform scheme.

Abstract: With the development of computer information science and technology, Internet has a large number of network propaganda and public opinion page every day. Through the network micro message and the micro-blog forwarding, network propaganda and public opinion have the impact on the development and stability of colleges, so the study network propaganda and public opinion has important significance for the development of colleges. Under this background, based on the computer Internet technology, the Internet erection of network propaganda guidance mode are analyzed, and compared with the fuzzy minimum production tree theory and the C language software, the network construction is verified. Finally the iterative process of finding the network transmission is relatively stable, after 800 iterative steps, numerical is slowly increasing, in which the maximum value is about 0.0001. The seven school propaganda is been as the minimum spanning of tree main network, its sum of weighted has been up to 1606.

Abstract: With the development of multimedia and information network technology, physical education has broken the traditional teaching mode. Furthermore, teaching method and content have also been innovated. The process of sports teaching has not only been confined to the classroom. The class also implements the multimedia teaching process outside. Under this background, this paper has designed the manufacturing operation of aerobics multimedia teaching content by taking advantage of the WEB and VRML technology. At the same time, the vc++ programming software has also been used to control program so as to develop the multimedia network and interactive teaching platform for aerobics. In addition, it also gives the basic framework and module of multimedia teaching platform and realizes the process of integrating in-and-out-of-class teaching. Finally, this paper evaluates the feasibility and stability of the experimental teaching platform system. Experimental studies have shown that this kind of teaching is beneficial to exercise the students multi-dimensional thinking ability, and can develop their creative thinking, thus achieving the teaching effect that gym and learning can be unified.

Abstract: with the development of modern technology, the multimedia technology has been widely applied in social production and life. In order to keep the game fair and impartial, the multimedia technology such as data statistics and management, game image analysis has been used in basketball game. This paper discusses the basic concept of multimedia technology and analyzes the application of multimedia technology in digital image communication in basketball competition. Based on this, it analyses the influence of multimedia technology's application in the basketball game, and makes a conclusion that the application of multimedia technology promotes the development of basketball game, but the negative influence caused by human factors can not be ignored during the operating process.

Abstract: Artificial neural network (ANN) has been widely used in the foundry because of its strong nonlinear processing capacity and high fault tolerance. First, the model and its realization of ANN are briefly described by taking the most commonly-used BP network as an example. Then the application of ANN in foundry are reviewed in detail from the aspects of the quality optimization of greensand preparation, control of the melting equipments, diagnosis and prediction of the casting defects, chemical composition prediction of the molten iron, breakout forecast of the continuous casting process, and graphite shape identification of cast iron. Finally its pointed that the application of ANN in foundry will be deeper and broader with the breakthrough of ANN theory.

The proposed system consists of four components: (1) hierarchical structure development for fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), (2) weights determination, (3) data collection, and (4) decision making.

Abstract: Aiming at the communication test problem of the DCS upgraded, the novel test software, which contains the functions of DCS digital test, DCS analogue test and data error test, has been developed based on OPC technology in this paper. This software can connect the OPC server of the tested DCS with the remote OPC server of the hardware test platform. Besides, it can realize the real-time acquisition and control of the process data between the two systems. Finally, the system has achieved the purpose of the DCS communication and data error test in the control loop by combining with the internal procedures. The test results have been proved that this software could realize the relevant functions of DCS communication test and could get good usability and scalability.

Abstract: In recent years, distributed generation has become a hot topic at home and abroad, and researchers have attached great importance to the new methods of reconfiguration in case of failure. This paper proposes to adopt improved Ant Colony System Algorithm for reconfiguration of the distributed power. Power loss and minimum load balance index as objective function, the ACS algorithms capability of avoiding being trapped in local optima can be enhanced. The algorithm can do better in global search and avoid the problem of the premature convergence. When ACS algorithm is applied to the IEEE33 node system, the simulation results show that the method can not only effectively reduce power losses, but also decrease load balancing index , thus improving the quality of power supply.
