Abstract: In this paper, a practical development program of College English Online Courseware on the basis of the method of goal-directed interaction design is presented. The program basically tackles problems such as tedious interface and poor interaction which most current English online courseware have and improves the interactive experience and accessibility of the English online courseware. Meanwhile, the online courseware designed by using this method enriches the approaches of learning English for college and university students, who are main group of users. Therefore, their levels of English can be enhanced to a large extent by the assistance of the online courseware.

Abstract: VVOIP is an extended application from VOIP, and just because of the video function VVOIP is more complicated than VOIP, for video processing, video capturing, video codec and video transmission need more CPU processing power and net bandwidth. In this paper, a hardware codec solution is proposed to improve the performance of the VVOIP application based on Android OS. Video hardware codec can help decrease the load of mobile devices CPU, leaving users enjoying more applications at the same time. The hardware-codec VVOIPs performance of VGA-size is 15%-20% better than the unimproved one through the test result.

Abstract: [Purpos Due to the lack of industry standards in the solar greenhouse construction process, this paper has developed a parameterized design system and specified the structure of the vegetable and fruit solar greenhouse in Beijing area. [Metho The design system has been developed taking SolidWorks as a platform and VB as a development tool. [Result Its user interface is simple and friendly and designed results are reliable, which can increase the level of automation in solar greenhouse design process. [Conclusion This is a general-purpose system capable of realizing parameterized modeling of other structures like fruit trees and flowering plants simply through changing the proportionality factor.

Abstract: According to the rapid development of the Internet and the increase of the network resources, it was very important to search the information resources for meeting the need of large ground of users. The key words were used as the indexes for retrieval with traditional method. But it couldnt reflect the real purposes and intentions of the users precisely. An improved information retrieval method based on the semantic web technology was proposed for carrying out the information retrieval work precisely and effectively. The mew retrieval system was not just recognizing the words simply, but it could comprehend the semantic ingredients of the words and sentences. The semantic web retrieval system was constructed eventually. Comparing to the traditional keywords retrieval method, the similarity degree was calculated in the simulation, simulation result shows that the retrieval precision ratio of new method increases by 15%, then the intelligent, efficient and accurate information retrieval system is realized successfully.

Abstract: A multimedia teaching platform based on network technology with the function of multimedia animation and sound effects was designed and built. For the need of modern teaching work under the condition of information, it was meaningful to construct a multimedia teaching platform with the network on line and multimedia, and the remote control for the remote teaching platform needed to be realized. Then the expense and resources of the education and teaching were saved with the network teaching platform, and also the quality of teaching was improved by the multimedia network teaching platform. The network transmission system was established based on the TCP/IP Protocol and C/S. the remote control and data transmission was realized successfully, and it also can save the training and experiments expenses with this platform. The design and test result shows that the multimedia performance if the platform is very nice. The network test effect shows the performance of remote control and data transmission is stable, the prospect of the platform application is showcased.

Abstract: The protocol of the hybrid server was designed based on the Internet of things for the realization of the intelligent management with the different equipments under the Internet of things. The Internet of things had large number of nodes, and the net topology was easy to change, it also had high requirements for the reliability. According to the properties of these properties, an efficient time-division multiple address protocol that was called E-TDMA protocol was proposed based on the improvement of the time division multiple address protocol. A power management system was designed based on the Internet of things, and the Internet of things was applied in the intelligent power management system, the indexes of the E-TDMA protocol based on the Internet of things such as throughput capacity, network stability were tested with the simulation. Test result shows that the number of the data packets in the buffer cache is much less than the traditional TDMA protocol and the dynamical TDMA protocol. It is because that the E-TDMA can make all the units can send data in the same time through CDMS coding. The result shows that the proposed E-TDMA protocol has efficient performance of accessing to the information channel and stability of network transmission in the application of the power management system.

Finally, this paper establishes the interaction of multimedia music courseware and Internet resources using Dreamweaver Web development software and achieves Internet access of multimedia music courseware which provides a theoretical reference for the design and development of multimedia music courseware.
