Abstract: Content-Centric Networking (CCN) is proposed to make content, instead of the content locations, as the first-class entity in future Internet. Content can be cached in CCN routers for better data delivery, which makes in-router caching system more important. Content Store (CS) is the CCN in-router cache that caches all the data packets traversing a CCN router. Nowadays the throughput of IP routers can reach up to hundreds or even thousands of Gbps, which makes it a great challenge to design CS architecture in CCN routers to support high read/write throughput. In this paper, via aggregating the interest packets that request for the same data packets, we propose an aggregation scheme system, which can help to reduce the read overhead of the CS in CCN routers.

Abstract: This paper intends to construct a competency framework for bilingual teachers in universities of China on the review of literature on this topic home and abroad. The author mentions the necessity of setting up an ICT competency standard and proposes an ICT competency framework for bilingual teachers; according to the status quo of teachers using ICT in teaching, suggestions are put forward on teacher training.

Abstract: Most of mining and metallurgy industries are the mining, metallurgical enterprises that are located in mountainous or remote areas and far away from the city, so the information resources are isolated. Especially for the information dynamic of the mining, the characteristic information resources of industry are more difficult to find. This system can realize the information integration of mining and metallurgy industry, provide the electronic trading and literature service, and realize the visualization of the ore dressing process flow by using virtual technology. The program was proceed using C# in this system, and the develop was proceed in the .NET platform, and the SQL SERVER2008 was as background database.

Abstract: This paper emphatically probes into the effective procedures of the electronic government affairs achievements appraisal on the analysis of the domestic and foreign electronic government affairs achievements appraisal experience. It discusses the main problems that electronic government affairs achievements appraisal faces at present in our country, and aims at the existing problems and degree of development of information in our country. It puts forward some proposals for the electronic government affairs achievements appraisal, to carry on the electronic government affairs achievements appraisal objectively, scientifically and effectively.

Abstract: At present, the design of web-based courseware in distance education is too conservative and lack of innovation, which is mainly due to two reasons: One is the thinking set of courseware designers who are still possessing the mindset of education changes itself, which limits their thought into the field of education; The other one is the designer technical limitations that they are lack of technical skills of other related areas. Through introducing the thought and technologies of movie and virtual reality into education, we try to explore new designs for network courseware.

Abstract: The strategy of hierarchical storage can be adjusted utilizing the access rule of the spatial data, which will significantly improve system performance of spatial data services. The access and distribution rule of the spatial data based on Hotmap and Zipf-like cannot reflect its global information. A dynamic statistics algorithm for the distribution rule of the spatial data based on P2P is proposed in this paper. The service capabilities of the service nodes are calculated in our algorithm. The node agents with good service capabilities are chosen preferentially in the group. At the same time, the size of group is controlled. The experimental results show that the performance of our algorithm can be improved by about 28% compared with the algorithm of random nodes. The algorithm can meet the need of dynamic statistics in large scale distribution environment with high efficiency.

Abstract: Virtual Maintenance Technology (VMT), characterized with advantages such as high integration, strong interactivity and economical efficiency, has been broadly applied in industrial applications, academic researches and software systems. Through basic elements and vital technologies on virtual maintenance, the advantages and differences among different methods are analyzed and compared in terms of research advances. By summarizing the critical features of virtual maintenance technology, the future directions in this area are pinpointed.

Abstract: Ubiquitous learning as a new concept has been accepted by more and more countries since it is proposed. Many countries are researching and practicing deeply which makes it develop rapidly. However, it lacks further research on its real connotation, advantages, trend etc. Ubiquitous learning will be the revolution of learning paradigm. We should research and understand the concept of U-learning, its advantages and its trend in a multi-dimensional point of view.

Abstract: Charging station network is one of the most critical links, during the large-scale operation progress of new energy vehicles. Due to the large number of charging stations in network, the number of batteries distributed in the whole charging station network is also very large. Timely and accurately delivering of replaced battery would save a lot of material and manpower costs and time. Therefore, battery optimal distribution problem in charging station network must be resolved. The main purpose of this paper is to design the power battery optimal distribution software. Matlab GUI (Graphical User Interface) technique is adopted to design simulation test software interface, and m language is used to implement background operations of optimal algorithm parameters.

Abstract: With the acceleration of building Shanghai as an international financial center, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises and foreign firms are stepping up to seize the market. Business and tourism floating population keep increasing. Data of the 6th Population Census showed that Shanghais resident population has reached 23019148, and population coming from other provinces but now living in Shanghai for more than half a year has reached 8977000, which accounting for the city's resident population of 39%.7 High percentage of non-native population led to housing consumption problems. The traditional hotel seems too expensive for people who want to settle down for a long time. The serviced apartment which appeared in the 1990s in China, has won a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises and expatriate managers' favor because of the hotel-style services, apartment-style management and relatively cheap prices. And it is still developing very fast. This article is focus on analyzing Shanghai serviced apartment by SWOT, so as to provide suggestions for consumers.
