Abstract: Neutral point clamped three-level inverter has widely application in high voltage power conversion systems because of its simple topology. Due to this reason, lots of SVPWM algorithm for three level inverter finds particularly growing. In this paper, a three level SVPWM algorithm based on Pan-Boolean algebra and the United Voltage Modulation Technology is presented. The algorithm eliminates the massive trigonometric function calculations in the conventional SVPWM algorithm for three-level inverter. The simulation model is established in MATLAB. The results show that the new algorithm is feasible and easy to be digital realized.

Abstract: With successful development of LED lamps, the dissipation of LED lamps has become the core problem. If the heat produced during the work cant be loss in time, the high temperature of the lamps will affect their service lives or even damage the LED permanently. In this paper, based on the principle of finite element method, using thermal simulation software, the effect of the geometric characteristics micro-structure of the heat exchanger combining polymer micro-scale fins and metal base on the heat transfer characteristics was simulated. The impact of the fin width, wing fin pitch, fin height and thickness of the substrate on the tablet microstructure heat transfer characteristics was analyzed. The results provide some technical reference for the design and application of the micro heat exchanger.

Abstract: The Battery-Ultracapacitor System has the advantage of energy and power density, which suit to be used as energy storage system for HEV. This paper did the performance comparison of HEV with three different configurations Battery-Ultracapacitor System in normal and steep driving cycle respectively. According to the results, it summarized the technical advantages and the fitness for HEV of each system.

Abstract: According to the electric field intensity of thirteen-needle electrodes in vacuum, the discrete equations based on the indetermination linear current density were established by the boundary element integral equations. The non-uniform distribution of the current flowing from thirteen-needle electrodes to conductive in vacuum was imaged by solving a set of linear equations. Then, the electric field intensity generated by thirteen-needle electrodes in vacuum at any point can be determined through the boundary element method. It means that this method has an important referenced significance for computing the electric field intensity generated by thirteen-needle electrodes in vacuum

Abstract: Full parallel architecture for DVB-S2 LDPC was implemented on the platform of FPGA, in this process, the pipeline technology was introduced, and the method of FIFO and multiple RAM group used at the same time was also used, the problem of storing the parity check matrix was effectively overcomed, and the coding rate reaches 125Mbps. In order to solve the problem of high consumption of resources, the design of decoder adopted serial architecture, the decoding delay was greatly reduced by clever design of interleaver structure, and the decoding throughput reaches 125Mbps, moreover utilization of registers and logic elements is less than 1%.

Abstract: The construction of grid plays an important role in national economic development, social stability and peoples life. In case that electricity market adopts real time electricity price, users active participation and real time response to electricity price will change the traditional load prediction from rigid forecasting to flexible forecasting which takes electricity demand response into consideration. By using wavelet analysis and error characteristics analysis, the researches into the probabilistic predicting method for demand changes under the real time electricity pricing is carried out. The probabilistic load prediction result shall enable decision makers to better understand the load change range in the future and make more reasonable decision. Meanwhile, it shall provide support to electricity system risk analysis.

Abstract: Having a good electric quantity settlement of large consumer is the basic work of electric power enterprises to receive fee in time and ensure the electricity supply. For the conditions that great labour intensity, calculation inaccurate, not timely settlement of traditional manual electric quantity settlement, this paper designs automatic electric settlement system. First, design database and logical structure based on the concept structural design with E-R diagram. Then, research the twelve mathematical formulas used by large consumer electric quantity settlement. Finally, describe the process of electric quantity settlement in natural language. The content of this study, aims to play the superiority of computer system, improve the informationize level of electric enterprises. And provide a practical technology and guidelines for the majority of electric enterprises and developers to develop large consumer settlement system.

The time of program running and stability of computing method are examined by an example. It demonstrates that the algorithm possesses a quick speed and the steady computed results. It means that this method has an important referenced significance for computing the electric field intensity generated by OONE, which is a fast, effective and accurate computing method.
