Abstract: This paper introduces a new method about the downlink power allocation in LTE system, first, eNB indicates the downlink power allocation information through MAC Control Element, second, UserEquipment calculates Energy Per Resource Element of Physical Downlink Shared CHannel Resource Element according to the downlink power allocation information, finally, UserEquipment use the new Energy Per Resource Element to decode. The advantage of the method is that processing delay is less, and it improves performance of downlink transmission system.

Abstract: Generally speaking, the method of signal analysis is built on the basis that signal decomposition is an orthogonal component. There are different selection ways for the sets of orthogonal functions after transformation and the transformation of orthogonal functions does not affect expressed functions themselves. Aiming at different requirements for application, different sets of orthogonal functions need to be used. This thesis not only studies classical and modern sets of orthogonal functions Fourier and wavelet sequence but also proposes prospects for the new application of the sets of orthogonal functions.

Abstract: There are strong dependencies between wavelet coefficients of speech signal,in this article,based on that,a new corresponding nonlinear threshold function derived in Bayesian framework is proposed to decrease the effect of the ambient noise.Analysis of the data shows the effectiveness of the proposed method that it removes white noise more effectually and gets better edge preservation.

Abstract: In this study, we present a method for virtual images generation based on Candide-3 model to increase the number of training samples for the face recognition with single sample, where the Principle Component Analysis is used for feature extraction and the test samples are classified by the method of Support Vector Machine (SVM). Experimental results on from the YaleB and ORL databases show that the recognition rate of the face recognition with single sample can be improved by the proposed method.

But it has became a limit of distribution network for the absence of effective communication method. This paper first introduces the characteristic and information requirement of smart distribution network, then makes a deep research and comparison on the communication technology such as PONWireless Network and PLC. Finally it presents a technology application scheme and system structure of distribution communication network.

Abstract: Compressive Sensing provides a new method of signal processing, when the image signal is sparse or can be com-pressed, it is possible to substantially lower than the Nyquist sampling rate, the sampling mode of the image signal is sampled, and by recovery algorithms to restore the image signal. This theory can greatly reduce the amount of data calculated in the storage, processing and transmission of the image signal. Based on this theory, the paper presents the method of remote sensing image fusion in compressed sensing domain. Firstly, the image for fast Fourier transform and measurement sampling, namely to obtain the compressed perception domain data, and then using the weighted data fusion, the final fused image is obtained by solving the optimization problem of the reconstructed image. Through the experimental proved that, this fusion method deal less data but fusion effect good.

Abstract: A signal generator with adjustable frequency, phase and duty cycle is designed in this paper. The design of this signal generator is based on the technology of direct digital synthesis (DDS).The classic structure of DDS is presented and its principles are introduced in detail. The key modules of the design such as phase accumulator and pulse width processing are implemented by verilog HDL language. With suitable FPGA, the designed signal generator and all modules of the design are simulated successfully in Quartus II.

Abstract: The ultrasonic flaw reflected signal of the thin-diameter rod was acquired by the general ultrasonic C-scan testing device. And synthetic aperture focusing technique be used in ultrasonic imaging of thin-diameter rod. Respectively, Comparing B-scan imaging and Conventional synthetic aperture focusing technique imaging as well as Frequency domain synthetic aperture focusing technique imaging . The final results show that both time domain and frequency domain synthetic aperture method could obtain a higher signal-to-noise ratio and testing resolution.

Abstract: The analytical expression in terms of symbol error rate (SER) for distributed multi-relay cooperative networks is derived over correlated Nakagami-m fading environments. Specifically, the proposed expression can be used to evaluate the impact of channel correlation on spectral access schemes through the statistical characteristic of complex channels. Furthermore, the overall performance analyses are illustrated through representative numerical results.
