Abstract: The digital signal processor (DSP: Digital Signal Proceeding) are widely used in industrial, military, communications and the other fields, so the research and design work about DSP is one of the hot spots of scholars and research. Communication and data transfer between the DSP and peripherals is one of the DSP function in the process of using which is the basic but important. This paper introduces a TMS320C6748 DSP with PC serial communication method based on the UART module. The hardware connection and software programming were highlights description. Finally, this paper gives some key code about TMS320C6748 DSP and PC serial communication programming.

Abstract: This paper presents a rapid identification model and analyses the behavioral characteristics which is different from non-P2P applications on link pattern through analysis on three P2P applications. This method classifies P2P applications in the background and improves the recognition efficiency through the effective combination of behavioral characteristics and valid flows filter on the premise of maintaining the recognition accuracy. In the packet processing, matching frequency parameter has been using to increase matching efficiency. The experimental results show that P2P traffic can be effectively identified by this method.

Abstract: Data acquisition is the basic means of access to information; it is an important pillar of the information science, a comprehensive application technology associated with the sensor, signal measuring and processing, computer technology as the foundation. USB has the characteristics of easy to use, high speed and supporting to cut in or pull out on-line, it becomes a trend in data acquisition technology. To introduce the hardware and software design, selecting DSP for microprocessor control chip and Philip Corporations ISP1582 for USB receiver/transfer control chip. In this paper, the segmented band-pass filtering is adopted to filter the collected data, the problems in system debugging are analyzed and summarized, and the measures for improvement are finally put forward. Thus, combining USB and DSP is an effective solution to data acquisition with high speed as well as processing and transmitting.

Abstract: In order to accomplish tracking of moving objects requirements, and overcome the defect of occlusion in the process of tracking moving object, this paper presents a method which uses a combination of MeanShift and Kalman filter algorithm. MeanShift object tracking algorithm uses a histogram to describe the color characteristics of an object, and search the location of an image region that the color histogram is closest to the histogram of the object. Histogram similarity is defined in terms of the Bhattacharya coefficient. When the moving object is a large area blocked, the future state of moving object is estimated by Kalman filter. Experimental results verify that the proposed algorithm achieves efficient tracking of moving objects under the confusing situations.

Abstract: A multi-dimensional data processing method, independent component analysis-based principal component regression (ICA-PCR) was developed for simultaneous kinetic determination of Cu (II), Fe (III) and Ni (II). Independent component analysis is a newly developed signal processing technique aiming at solving related blind source separation (BSS) problem. One program, PICAPCR, was designed to perform relative calculations. Experimental results showed the ICA-PCR method to be successful for simultaneous multicomponent kinetic determination even where there was severe overlap of spectra.

Abstract: College students have become the mainstream of the user Android intelligent mobile phone market. However, there are only few platforms based on Android for college students to study and communicate. Through the analysis of the demand situation, this paper studies and develops the campus digital library reading communication platform based on Android. Using the Java Web technology, Android application development technology and WiFi network environment, the system meets the functional requirements of the students learning and communication.

Abstract: A method based on Dual-Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (DT-CWT) was proposed for enhancing the images. By taking into account the non-Gaussian probability distribution and the statistical dependencies among wavelet coefficients of some signals, and by taking advantage of near shift-invariance of DT-CWT, it can obtain higher signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) than common wavelet denoising methods. The simulation results show that the proposed method is better than the traditional methods. It has a good enhancement performance which can improve the details of the image automatically.

Abstract: Based on machine vision principle, automatic recognition system is advanced to distinguish hub classification with different types. Firstly, the dark room environment is set up to eliminate the environmental interference. Secondly, the height of automobile hub is obtained with the grating ruler, and the diameter of automobile hub is achieved through image contours analysis. Finally, hub classification is accomplished through the Hu moment analysis of hub holes. Experiments show that the system can meet the needs of recognition online for hub classification, which can improve productivity effectively, and is of great application value.

Abstract: It is significant to identify the running-states of diesel engines for ensuring its running stability, fuel economy and emission behavior. Vibration diagnosis is an on-line prognostics and diagnosis technique by picking-up the frequency characters of the vibration signal on the diesel engine. In the paper, combining with the wavelet noise reduction and character extraction with varying scales, the Hidden Semi-Markov model (HSMM) is built by the example of the inlet valve abrasion to recognize the running-states effectively. According to experiment and simulation researches, it indicates that the identification veracity is 96.9% in the 160 test samples after training the HSMM with 120 training samples. This state recognition method is satisfied for the engineering demand, and it can be applied to vibration analysis for other complex machineries.
