Abstract: Combining bottom cap and optimization transformations belt a novel method to enhance and optimize retinal vessel image. The results pointed out that use of this method can obtain resulting image with clear retinal vessel especially in the optic disc.

Abstract: Along with the development of technologies on computer, electronic and communication, there are more and more applications of digital image acquisition and processing technology used in computer and portable systems, such as videophone, digital cameras, digital television, video monitoring, camera phones and video conferencing etc. Digitized image makes image digital transmit with high quality, which facilitates image retrieval, analysis, processing and storage. In applications such as video conferencing, it is a crucial premise to capture videos. So, in this paper, we mainly introduce the video capture technology by exploiting the VFM video services library developed by Microsoft. Software based on VFW can directly capture digital videos or digitize the traditional analog videos and then clipping them.

Abstract: In order to build an efficient, sample and convenient system of face recognition based on the video streaming, a mixed mode of software development is proposed in this paper. In requirement analysis of the face recognition system, efficient code, sample development and ease of use are designed in this system. To obtain better recognition efficiency, Dynamic Link Library (DLL) is used to program the part of face recognition. The whole system is based on Microsoft .NET platform which provides a simple and rapid development. The mixed of Browser/Server (B/S) and Client/Server (C/S) modes makes the system more flexible, at the same time more convenient for user to use. The whole system is divided into three parts: server, client and browser. And the server-side is storing data through a database, managing different clients and providing data to the browsers. The client-side mainly monitors and collets data. The browser-side provides users with querying information which they want. And the proposed system architecture can satisfy the application requirements for the customer.

Abstract: Gearbox is the key component of self-propelled gun, and it is prone to failure. So, its performance will directly affect the fight maneuverability of self-propelled gun. To detect the running state of gearbox and find incipient fault in time, has very important significance.This paper put forward a new patterns recognition method based on fuzzy rough sets, which can reduce the information missing during the discretization process of fuzzy rough, and overcome the disadvantage of artificially determining class number through F test, applied the fuzzy decision table to attributes reduction, got the clear and concise pattern rules. The gearbox fault patterns recognition result showed that the propsed method can greatly enhance the patterns recognition accuracy, and it is a good method in patterns recognition application.

Abstract: ATLAS (Abbreviated Test Language for All Systems) is an abbreviated test language .GPTS is a development platform to develop ATLAS programs. RS 422 is widely adopted standard between the radio control box and the host computer .The process to develop test program in ATLAS by GPTS is described in this paper to realize the communication by serial 422.The application shows that it can improve the test speed and reduce the loss of resources by full duplex without handshaking line.

Abstract: There are 5 kinds of bus networks on armored vehicles. The current vehicle serial bus test equipments are not universal to different kind bus system. And can just complete the performance test to DLL, cannot test the buss physical electrical performance. This paper brings forward a new data acquisition method to universal buses based on software decoding, The data acquisition experiments to CAN and 1553B bus with their corresponding bus nodes have been completed.

Abstract: In the GPU system, pipeline image processing is facing the problem that a large amount of data to be processed, complicated processing procedure, more data transmission channels, and etc. All of these lead to low processing speed and large circuit area. This paper proposed a FPGA design of the pipeline image processing in GPU. The design has been implemented by foam extrusion pipeline architecture and validated on Xilinx Virtex XC6VLX550T FPGA. The results show that the consumption of resources is 390726.09 and the speed is 200MHz.

Abstract: Complex atmospheric environment seriously affect the quality of wireless of information transmission. In order to improve the wireless optical communication quality, and reduce the influence of attenuation, flicker, angle misalignment caused by atmospheric scattering, absorption, turbulence, beam expander, mismatch, atmospheric channel model is established while coding techniques for error control in wireless optical communication was researched into.The improvement result of error rate by error correction coding in different SNR situations was obtained. The results showed that the LDPC coding can significantly reduce the BER. For Gaussian channel, SNR can be reduced 8 dB when BER is 10-6; For wireless optical communication , LDPC codes can make the error rate reduced by 4-5 orders of magnitude.

Abstract: This paper presents a new method of scalable image compression coding based on the wavelet transform. This method delimits the region of interest of the original image, and give a high-quality encoding to this region and a rough encoding to the rest. The result shows that in the limited memory space, this algorithm provides the coarser reconstruct image to satisfy the basal subject quality. Using this method, we can give a high quality encoding to the region for interest.

Abstract: The distribution of fractal parameters (box dimension and lacunarity) vary with noise level of GIS PD UHF signal is the main obstacle to the use of fractal theory in GIS PD pattern recognition. According to the characteristic of fractal parameters, box dimension and wavelet method have been used in control the noise level and gather the fractal parameters of each kind of GIS PD UHF signals. Simulations show that, the fuzzy control parameters filtering algorithm based on the box dimension will lead to the dispersive of lacunarity and the distribution of fractal parameters changes as the noise level of GIS PD UHF signal changes. However, the wavelet method has a good performance in gathering those two fractal parameters of different GIS PD UHF signals. And its a promising approach to expand the applicability of classifiers used in GIS PD pattern recognition.
