Abstract: Demand response nowadays plays a key role during the electricity transaction. Proper price signal can result in conspicuous peak shifting. This paper analyses changes of load behavior under different price scenarios, and shows how demand response gentles fluctuations of distributed generation (DG). This study compares the load behaviors under three different tariff strategies, and concludes the contribution of demand response to gentle the instability of DGs and peak load shifting.

Abstract: nformation facilities play an important role in guarantee for smart distribution grid (SDG) security and stability, and the SDG metering infrastructure will play guiding role for the construction of SDG information facilities. This paper firstly elaborates the conception of the SDG metering infrastructure from the perspective of demand of information system in SDG, and then analyzes the functional demand and features of metering infrastructure during the development of SDG. Finally this paper proposes the reference architecture of SDG metering infrastructure using the domain in conceptual model of smart grid and has a detailed analysis on the inner-domain data source, data communication channel and data center of reference architecture.

Abstract: In the complex power transmission environment, the electromagnetic characteristics of the 500kV JiuAn transformer substation node will change, which will make an important impact on the main equipment of substation. This paper makes in-depth study on the impact of complex power transmission environment on the main equipment, such as high voltage, long-term heavy load, changes of run mode and forced outage. On this basis, PSCAD Software is used to simulate this model, and the simulation result is analyzed. It is significant to ensure the security of main equipment of JiuAn substation.

Abstract: Wind power penetration to power systems is increasing rapidly in the recent years due to its environmental benefit, while wind power fluctuation also brings some problems to power system operation which impacts the generation of conventional power units. For this reason, probabilistic optimal dispatching model based on multi-scenasio is developed in this paper. With the discretization of wind power fluctuations range, the scenario probability can be get by discretizing wind power prediction error distribution curves, at the same time considering the relevance of the prediction error of the adjacent periods in the time scale. By means of leading probability adjustment costs into objective function, the optimization result can consider the cost due to the fluctuation of wind power. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by testing and demonstrating IEEE-39 bus system with a wind farm.

Abstract: The test on the influence of changing fuel supply advance angle on fuel economy was carried out on single cylinder diesel engineseparately using diesel fuel and ethanoldiesel blend fue1. The test result shows that the influence is more sensible when the ethanoldiese1 blend rue1 is used, and it is beneficial for increasing the fuel economy to reduce suitably fuel supply advance angle.

Abstract: The reliability model and test method of wind turbine is described in the paper. According to the characteristics of wind turbine product, a truncate sequential compliance method for reliability test is designed, and it is given an example for 1MW wind turbine. The example shows accumulating more before-test experience and decreasing the experiment time appropriately wont result in the reduction of the reliability.

Abstract: Recently, the development of Chinese wind power generation has formally entered the strategic transformation stage with the combination of large-scale integrated exploitation and distributed access exploitation. It is suitable to adopt distribution access mode due to the characteristics of Chongqings planning wind farm including small generation capacity and distributed location. However, considering that most of planning wind farms are located in the mountain area of northeast and southeast Chongqing with the large-scale geographic area and small load request and the distribution networks are relatively weak, there may be remarkable effect on quality of electric energy even though the distribution access mode is adopted. In this paper, aiming at the voltage fluctuation of access point, the relationships among variables affecting the voltage fluctuation is analyzed, then taking two planning wind farms in northeast and southeast Chongqing respectively as examples, the effects of voltage fluctuation caused by different access points are calculated and analyzed in order to get the allowed maximum capacity of wind farms fitting national standards. In the end, the proposals relevant to the development of wind power and contribution of distribution network are submitted according to the case results.

Abstract: In the complex grid market environment, inhibiting the malicious behavior of grid nodes, taking punishment and incentives and guaranteeing the quality of the grid service are all important issues, which are must be resolved by the grid service market. This paper analyses the framework of the virtual network trust module. Combined with virtual domains combinatorial auction introduced into the process of trust building, this paper proposes a trust module, which finds the efficiency of trust and acts a good inhibition of a single malicious mode behavior.

Abstract: In this paper, a web system for Wind farm power prediction is presented. By using annotation-based Spring 3 platform and technologies including FreeMarker and JFreechart, process of web design is simplified and quickly finished. In addition, the web system can be easily maintained and expanded. Finally, the establishment of wind power prediction web system is convenient for bidding of power market and maintenance of wind farms.Usually, wind farms are located in remote area and wind turbines belonging to the same wind farm are not in the same area. It is difficult for the dispatching and the management departments which are far away from wind farm to obtain data, such as power generation and the changing wind speed. So, it is necessary to build a distributional, open and real-time web system to predict power of wind farms.As the development of Internet and web technology, it is easier to apply web according to different and complex enterprises demands. And the focus of web design was to make application more convenient, more powerful and more flexible. In this paper, in order to design the forecasting web system, the lightweight container Spring3 was taken as a development platform, Spring MVC as web framework, Spring JPA as data persistence technology, Spring Security3 as Web security management. Moreover, FreeMarker was adopted as view template and JFreeChart as figure display tool. The web system provides the dispatching and the management departments with an information sharing platform which is safe, efficient, stable, extendible and easy to be maintained.

Abstract: For an offshore platform applied to wave-energy conversion system, in order to catch the maximum waves to generate more powers, similar to wind-energy power generators, a range of angles for the devices normal to the propagating direction of incident waves is required, particularly when the power converting system has directional preference. A single mooring system would allow the offshore wave-energy conversion system to turn freely in accordance to the action of strong directions of propagating waves and in this way, most energy induced from the incident waves can be caught and converted into reusable powers. The aim of this study is to find the efficiency of single-moored platform applied to a wave power converting system through an experimental test in the water tank.
