Abstract: This paper presents the stability analysis and design of a mono-pulse photoelectric detecting system, which consists of a laser diode and a photoelectric detector array. The laser source is a laser bean and the response of the detector is a mono-pulse small signal. The pulses type height is 100mV and type width is 1mS. System can detect the laser beans position on the detector target thought mono-pulse detecting. After signal analysis and signal processing, the Interference is reduced, the multi-response is resolved and the mono-pulse is detected well.

Abstract: In this note, we have derived stability for arbitrary switching about absolutely stable subsystem and the stability problem has derived stability for arbitrary switching above all. In the next place we analyze detailed stability for the dwell time switching. In the end, we discuss that the switched system exist stable convex combination switching. At last, we give several numerical results are given to illustrate our derived results.

Abstract: This paper studied the FMS dynamic scheduling problem which was based on Petri net FMS static scheduling optimization algorithm, which in accorder to solve the FMS actual production scheduling problems. A rolling window dynamic re-scheduling strategy was proposed which based on event driven and cycle driven. Then take the emergency machine failure often appearing in the actual workshop for example, this scheduling strategy was analyzed and applied to dynamic simulation and finally the effectiveness of the dynamic scheduling strategy was verified.

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of planning maintenance resources requirement, the artificial intelligent (AI) technology, especially Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is applied into maintenance resources requirement analysis process, the process is introduced, and the critical techniques of which, such as case representation and organization etc, are discussed in detail, according to the case characteristics, analyzed the cases main ingredient, cases representation and organization which is based on Relation Database and Object Oriented are detailed discussed, the development of case-based maintenance resources requirement analysis prototype system proved the validity of the technique, formed the foundation for the case-based maintenance resources requirement analysis system perfection.

Abstract: In China, Grape bagging was done by mostly manual work. In order to improve the intelligence level of grape bagging and reduce the amount of human labor, a robot system for grape bagging was developed. The hardware structure of robot system was designed based on cylindrical coordinate. One kind of grape extraction algorithm based on 2G-R-B was developed. And the control system of grape bagging robot was completed. The robot could realize starting the machine automatically. The performance test of grape bagging robot indicated that the success rate for bagging grape was 85%, and the execution time of a single bagging cycle was 39.6s.

Abstract: The paper discusses the basic principle of blind source separation algorithm applying in structural modal identification. By improving the signal-whitening method, a robust second-order blind identification (RSOBI) algorithm is established on the basis of second-order statistics. The modal responses and mode shapes can be obtained using the RSOBI algorithm from the observed data of structures in time domain. Frequency and damping are estimated from the modal responses by traditional single degree of freedom methods. The simulation results show that the RSOBI algorithm has good performance in modal identification of structures.

Abstract: With the shortcomings of the large data amount and long time consuming in the conventional binocular vision stereo matching algorithm, a new fast stereo matching algorithm is presented in this paper. It is fast computed based on the line moments and angle vector .Firstly, the method detects image edge using canny operator, and finds the target objects according line moments, then the object contours feature points are extracted. Finally, using angle vector to realize the corresponding pixel matching in the left and right image .The algorithm effectively reduces the computational complexity, computational cost is decreased greatly. The experimental results show that the algorithm is possible and valid.

Abstract: Realization of the control programs for controlling of the numerically controlled (NC) manufacturing machines is very important in manufacturing practice in this time. Manufacturing process of the parts with complex and free form figures is realized by NC manufacturing machines application. It is very difficult without application of personal computers with special software. Very often this software can be Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system. These programs for control of NC manufacturing machines can be realised by other methods, too. In paper is presented new method of NC programs preparation by Group Technology theory application.

Abstract: In molecular biology, analytical chemistry and medical tests, liquid level detection is the key to automatic pipetting. In this paper a liquid level detection system for automatic pipetting is studied. Liquid level is detected by capacitor sensor, the pepitting tip capacitor sensor model is proposed. The liquid level detection circuit based on Digital Signal Processor is assembled in automatic ELISA instrument. The experiment demonstrates the effectiveness of this liquid level detection system.
