Abstract: In order to ensure the real-time tracking of weld ultrasonic testing, applied CCD weld image sensor image, through image processing technology, used homomorphic filtering, two value methods to pre-process the image acquisition, extracted image feature information used region growing and linear regression method, and thus determined the edge weld, after A/D conversion, got feedback of the voltage signal position deviation amount, controlled servo motor drive the bracket to move, ensured effective tracking ultrasonic tester. Through simulation, verified the accuracy and feasibility of the image processing algorithm,which got ideal effectused in the practical application.

Abstract: The way to realize the automatic focusing rapidly and efficiently is a focus in some automatic optical inspection case. The key problem is how to select a suitable focusing evaluation function and design an effective auto-focusing algorithm. In this paper, based on comparing some well-known focusing evaluation functions, a new automatic focusing algorithm was presented. It used two steps to do the search. At the first step, it searched a large region quickly just to get the approximate focusing position, the next step was to do precise search in a small area in order to get the exact focusing position. This new algorithm performed well on the vision measuring machine and could focus rapidly and exactly.

Abstract: Sugarcane loader is a kind of agricultural machinery for sugarcane transport. Traditional sugarcane loaders are mostly hydraulic type powered by diesel engine, which is difficult to promote in small producing unit, because of its big size and high maintenance costs. A manual operation sugarcane loader with metamorphic function invented by the research of metamorphic mechanism applied to sugarcane loaders can change its topological structures according to different needs of work tasks. The grabbing and raising task of sugarcane can be done by a single operator action. This paper introduces the source-metamorphic mechanism of the sugarcane loader, as well as the metamorphic ways. Use the adjacency matrix to describe the topology changes of different work tasks and to analysis the principles and characteristics of configuration.

Abstract: With the development of industry and technology, the need for freshwater increases day by day, the contradiction between the fresh water for production and livelihood is sharpened. An important way to solve the problem is desalinization of the groundwater. In this paper reverse osmosis disposal process of groundwater are used, PLC are used to control electromagnetic valves and water pumps in the desalinization water treatment system and automatic switching state or stop. Using touching screen as man-machine interface, which is more convenient for the operator to know the working stages, and is more facility for desalinization process. The system has many advantages, such a saving energy, high efficiency, more safety, control modes flexible and various, function extension easily. It has great significance in reduce cost of desalinization of groundwater and remission serious lack of the freshwater in some areas of China.

Abstract: Piezoelectric materials is a kind of the most common smart materials whose geometric shape can be related to an energy input in the form of electric field. In the application of active materials to electromechanical energy conversion, electrical energy may be input to the material and the resulting deformation of the material can be used to move a load. In this paper, a micro-motion platform is designed based straight circular flexure hinge and driven through piezoelectric ceramic stack. The calculation formula of the natural frequency of the new micro-motion platform structure is derived. From the analysis, the deformation and stress of it are all under allowed value of 65Mn. The results indicate that, the micro-motion platform all are satisfy the need of design.

Abstract: For the research of camera calibration in the system of grid strain measurement in sheet forming, the pinhole camera model, the nonlinear model of the camera and the binocular stereo model are analyzed, drawing a binocular stereo calibration method based on HALCON, which detailedly describes the calibration principle and specific calibration process. A binocular stereo vision calibration system based on VC6.0 is established, by which the influence on camera focus, distortion factor and principle points from the number of calibration images is verified by experiments.

Abstract: Parallel robots are widely used in the machinery industry. In this paper, a planar 3-RRR parallel robot is researched. The forward kinematics mathematical model is established for this kind of mechanism. On the basis of it, a relevant simulation is carried out through MATLAB/Simulink. Thus, the motion rules and stress state for all parts of the mechanism are described vividly The simulation results show that this method is much more effective and efficient when the simulation is implemented for a certain machine system. Meanwhile, it provides a theoretical foundation and a better analytical approach of simulation for the design and analysis of complex multi-linkage mechanisms in the future.

Abstract: The experimental system of dynamic characteristics is set up to improve the dynamics performance and motion control quality of 2-DOF robot. The vibration acceleration response of the end actuator is measured at different speeds in two directions vertical and parallel to the workbench plane. The frequency spectrum is obtained through frequency analysis to provide a basis to improve the performance of robot.

Abstract: MC206X motion controller being chosen as the core of the system, this paper built the control system of a planar five-bar parallel robot, achieved the debugging of the hardware of a full servo control system, developed the Motion Perfect software system on the basis of the Windows-based operating system to complete the planning and control of continuous paths.
