Abstract: For large network communication equipment are in need of real time computer maintenance and management, the traditional manual management can't meet this need, so this paper designs a set of real-time data acquisition, intelligent alarm and remote control, large computer room environment monitoring system based on Zigbee. The system is composed of terminal monitoring subsystem, control subsystem and management terminal. The terminal monitoring system consists of ZigBee node through the network, and its data acquisition include temperature, humidity and smoke environmental data; MSP430F1611 and Ethernet module monitoring subsystem are responsible for packet analysis, Ethernet connection, and Web intelligent remote switch control when monitoring data reaches a threshold. The system also can be used in street lamp remote intelligent control, intelligent irrigation control system of greenhouse vegetables and so on. Therefore, it has good application value.

Abstract: At present, the automobile brake road test generally adapts the portable braking performance tester. This paper firstly introduces the structure and working principle of the portable braking tester, analyzes the source of error, designs the experiment to determine the error of portable tester, and finally proposes the employment advices to use the portable tester.

Abstract: Evaluation of equipment comfort is the premise to ensure the equipment operating normally and the computer room energy-saving. Based on fuzzy logic, We present a equipment comfort evaluation method model FDEC which gives a mathematical description and a way to implementation and the scientific evaluation in Data center, equipment comfort is analyzed for three different perspectives: temperature, humidity and ventilation in the room. Evaluation of equipment comfort problem solving algorithm is designed.

Abstract: This paper introduced a new mechanical construction for the vibration platform and its working principle. Based on virtual instrument, this paper used sensor, charge amplifier, DAQ(data acquisition card), computer, driver program and LabVIEW software to design signal measuring and analysis system of mechanical vibration platform. This paper used ADAMS simulate vibration platform motion and used LabVIEW calculate distortion degree of acceleration, velocity and position of the vibration platform.

Abstract: Target position is a critical step in the process of constructing Delaunay triangulation. This paper establishes an improved incremental insertion method which realizes fast location based on moving center of gravity along the search direction. It is effective to solve unstable searching path problem usually occurring in some special cases, such as the line from target point to current center of gravity passes through a vertex of a triangle or coincides with a triangle edge. Simulation results show that there exists only location path using this method and the constructing efficiency is increased.

Abstract: A calibration method of binocular stereo measurement system is proposed based on a coded model. Target points are designed to be with the unique IDs which make the match of two pictures and the match of image points and 3D points reliable and stable. The intrinsic parameters of the two cameras are calculated precisely and the 3D target point sets are reconstructed in each camera coordinate system respectively by using the multiple view geometry constraint and a generic sparse bundle adjustment. Then the extrinsic parameters are calculated by using the rigid transform of the two 3D point sets. The accuracy of the re-projection results is 0.037 pixel of standard error.

Abstract: As energy crisis, the ship with electric propulsion has been the mainstream development and application trends of shipping industry and the world's navies in the present world. In order to develop domestic marine electric propulsion system, the test platform of marine electric propulsion system which can simulate the ship operating condition is constructed; the physical simulation of ship load is realized; the no-load, loading and overloading test for motors are completed. In addition, the platform can also be used to do the test for onshore equipments-the construction machinery such as electric forklift. Finally, there is no similar production in the domestic by far.

Abstract: This article develops a management platform of Highway Early Age Freezing Information Collection System, which is based on the full investigation and analysis of Chinese geographical conditions, climatic conditions and road conditions, and aimed at meteorological and environmental characteristics while freezing disaster occurs. The system can effectively limit freezing development, thus prevent occurrence of a large area freezing disaster.

Abstract: An improved tripolar pulse width modulation method has been proposed in this paper. According to the linear effect of optical system defocusing, the three-gray-level structured light pattern can be split into two binary ones. With the composite image, the same measurement result as the tripolar method is obtained. Simulation result shows that, under three-step phase shifting method, the error of phase retrieval is greatly eliminated. Thus, the proposed method can achieve better depth reconstruction results than PWM method. Furthermore, both simulation and experimental results show that the measurement range of this method is effectively extended.

Abstract: At present, the domestic development of the gear flow-meter is far behind the developed countries, especially in the micro gear flow-meter. This paper proposes a typical structure named the third gear flow-meter. The structural characteristics and working principle of the third gear flow-meter was introduced in detail, the prototype of the third gear flow-meter was designed and processed, and the calibration tests and pressure experiments of the third gear flow-meter prototype was made at last. We can draw that the three gear flow-meter can be used in hydraulic system pressure range is less than 25Mpa, the flow rate was 0.15~0.2m3/h can meet the high requirements of the stability of measurement, and the measurement accuracy in the whole flow range is 0.2 class. This article provides a reliable experimental data for the design of the micro gear flow-meter.
