Abstract: In this paper, a design of FPGA-based 3D-TV horizontal parallax acquiring system is presented. The system will receive the stereoscopic video by a HD-SDI receiver GS2971, and outputs a video of horizontal parallax to a digital TV through a HDMI transmitter SiI9134. In this system, FPGA plays an important role that converts the stereoscopic video to the horizontal parallax video. In addition, a microcontroller is selected as the control center of the entire system. This system can get the horizontal parallax of the stereoscopic video in real time, and is helpful for the stereoscopic program producer to control the horizontal parallax of the 3D program.

Abstract: This paper designs a hot issue Founding system based on the news pages of Tibetan website, which can automatically find the issue on the network at any period of time. Through characteristics judgments of hot issues, and will present the conditions of issue meeting to the user. Because of large-scale corpus, and hot issues for demanding high real-time, then the system divided into groups according to days, and using agglomerative clustering to cluster daily corpus, and the corpus of the selected period of time using Single -pass clustering to get issue list, then order the issues through heat calculation. Finally, through testing Tibetan corpus in 2011, shows that the system has achieved good results, and with higher value.

Abstract: This paper presents a rocket recovery system logger program. The equipment mainly used in the recycling system of the missile-borne solid state memory. As the signal transmitter, the Beacon is set under the memory of the rocket, sending GPS information real-time when the memory falls down to the ground. For the ground recovery system, we can dispose the specific location of each node based on the topography by calculating the landing area of the beacon. A beacon transponder is placed on each node and each beacon transponder of the node can better receive signal and transmit it to the control center correctly. Every beacon transponder has only one corresponding MAC address, so the control center can distinguish which one is sending signal. This paper designs the framework of the network nodes and the transmission of the physical model, it also analysis the signal transmission system problems such as the high dynamic Doppler effect, the theoretical analysis and experimental verification. The experiment demonstrates that the network node is a particular promising approach in wireless transmission technologies.

Abstract: To aim at the problem of security programming of electric systems, a method of electric system security programming based on fuzzy set is presented. Firstly, the evaluation system of electric system security is constructed. We analyzed and proposed the applications of fuzzy system in electric systems. Through the experiment, this method can make a objective evaluation to electric system security programming with expert's experience.

Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantage of existing equipment MTTR demonstration method, this paper studied the project of equipment maintainability demonstration Based on Virtual Simulation, and put forward a method of equipment MTTR demonstration in the virtual environment, at last power system of equipment is verified as an example. It is significant for developing maintainability demonstration and increasing Equipment maintainability in the course of equipment digital mock-up designing.

Abstract: Understanding traffic per unit time in cell dimension in cellular data network can be of great help for mobile operators to improve the performance of the cellular data network. It is important for network design and resource optimization. In this paper, we describe three methods to count the traffic per unit time per cell. Moreover, we compare the results of the three methods by the deviation distribution of the traffic and time complexity analysis. Our work is distinguished from other related work by using big data which contains around 1.4 billion records and 20 thousands cells. Generally, we expect this paper could deliver important insights into cellar data network resource optimization.

Abstract: The existing Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) based handover authentication schemes have show robust security features especially the Qi Jing et al.'s design, which not only meets the essential security requirements in handover authentication but also achieves privacy preservation. However, it still suffers pitfalls in the process of authentication. The main idea of this paper is to extend the work by Qi Jing et al. and particularly focus on the formal analysis using extending BAN logic which is more concise yet practical to use on PKI-based protocols.

Abstract: A real-time wireless sensor network (WSN) based on Zigbee technology is introduced in this paper. Sensing data, such as atmospheric pressure, temperature, humidity, orientation, illumination, wind speed and direction, can be captured in real time. It is designed with a RF MCU CC2530 and Zstack protocol of TI Corporation. The overall architecture of the system, detailed hardware design, and process of the system software are described in this paper. Experiment results show that this system operates stably, and has small delay, which will have a certain practical value.

Abstract: Time is the core of GPS satellite navigation system, and time service is one of the basic functions of the GPS system. The application of GPS technology in time service is more and more extensive, basing on its high accuracy, real-time, good continuity, low cost, etc.. In this paper, firstly, the building and maintaining of GPS time system is summarized, then GPS time service technology and GPS time transfer technology and their practical application in society is illustrated furtherly, secondly the prospects of GPS in time service technology and time transfer technology are discussed. With the development of GPS system performance and data processing technology, its application in time-frequency domain will widen continuously, which has important society significance for country's economic construction, national security and scientific research, etc.
