Abstract: This paper presents the architecture and implementation of a H.264 decoder SOC system. The SOC system has mixed hardware arithmetic unit and software instruction based on co-processors, which are designed by analyzing the major arithmetic units of H.264 decoder. The co-processor approach can meet certain performance requirement with high scalability, which can be easy for system upgrade and expansion in the future. The verification result shows that the SOC system can speed up H.264 decoding process by saving more than 75% of the decoding time.

Abstract: Bayesian filtering approach is widely used in the field of anti-spam now. However, the two assumptions of this algorithm are significantly different with the actual situation so as to reduce the accuracy of the algorithm. This paper proposes a detailed improvement on researching of Bayesian Filtering Algorithm principle and implement method. It changes the priori probability of spam from constant figure to the actual probability, improves selection and selection rules of the token, and also adds URL and pictures to the detection content. Finally it designs a spam filter based on improved Bayesian filter approach. The experimental result of this improved Bayesian Filter approach indicates that it has a beneficial effect in the spam filter application.

Abstract: In order to make information system strategy align effectively with business strategies, it must be identified with regard to the contradictions of the IS planning processes and resolve those contradictions through theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). The IS conceptual design method, the Ideal Final Result (IFR) of IS construction, and contradiction solution methods were put forward through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and the key performance indicators (KPI) methods. Aiming at the IS architecture design features, this paper improved the strategic alignment model, based on the Innovative Methods Integrated by TRIZ (IMI-TRIZ),fractal organization system (FOS) structure, fractal information system (FIS), and the concept of fractal TRIZ system (FTS), presents the process, method and model of IS architecture design.

In this paper, the characteristics and problems of the equipment management of enterprise group were analyzed. A mode of intensive equipment management based on Internet of things was proposed by dividing the equipment of enterprise group into four categories.

Abstract: The informationalization construction is playing an increasingly important role for the development of enterprise group.However, there are problems that enterprise group has to be faced with, like the rapid growth of data, the continuous increase in purchase and maintenance costs of software and hardware equipment, the overlapping allocation of IT resources and so on. To solve these problems, a hierarchical model of intensive management of IT resources of enterprise group based on cloud services was established, and intensive management modes of software, hardware and knowledge of enterprise group were proposed as well.

Abstract: Aiming at the wide color gamut feature of the Laser TV, Color gamut transform using matrix transformations is proposed.And the conversion results are optimized by using median filtering.the theory of the median filtering and matrix transformation is introduced in this paper. Gamut conversion model of laser video signal is built based on FPGA.The function and realization of each model in the circuit is analyzed and the simulation test is conducted finally. The results verify that gamut conversion algorithm can convert the fluorescent domain video signal to the laser-domain video signal. The color video signal can reappear in the Laser TV clearly.

Abstract: MIMO-OFDM is considered as candidates for future 3G/B3G broadband wireless services. High quality mobile services have to eliminate multiple-access interference (MAI) that affects multi-user receiver performance in MIMO-OFDM system. In this paper, we analyze the effect of MAI on MIMO-OFDM system and adapt a successive interference cancellation (SIC) multi-user detection algorithm which based on minimum mean square error (MMSE) algorithm for MIMO-OFDM system. This algorithm by optimizing the sorting structure enables the receiver algorithm has better performance. The simulation results show that the algorithm can obtain rate is better than the conventional linear MMSE algorithm performance in the error, and constellation mapping point spacing also affect the detection performance. As the spacing is reducing, the bit error probability will rise.

Abstract: This paper establishes two structural modes,one is the agent structure model of single-unit,the other is the multi-agent structure model of three motors.At the same time, it combines the multi-agent technology with the multi-motor synchronous control technology ,adds the multi-agent consistency control law into the existing fuzzy PID algorithm. It can control the three motor agent at the same time and simulates them. The result proves that the design compared with the fuzzy PID control can reach steady state faster.

Abstract: In this paper, a new 1-wire transmission system for the host-slave communication is introduced, which is composed of STM32 embedded host system, CPLD logic control system and PIC slave system. The transmission line is not only for data transmission between host and 32-way slave, but also for power supply for 32-way slave. This paper details the hardware and software implementation method of each component module based on the given system function, and highlights the circuit design method of power and signal transmission on the same line in the 1-wire transmission system. Experiment results are shown in the final chapter.

Abstract: This paper studies virtual-guide (VG) models for Internet-based multi-robot teleoperation on the platform of distributed virtual environments. The proposed VG models attempt to improve operational precision and help an operator to predicate actions of other operators locating in different places. The concept of VGs is introduced by analyzing its basic principle. Two experiments are given to verify the reasonability and feasibility of the proposed method.
