Article Preview

Abstract:

It is desired to solve the problem of facing risks and lack of clear identification method as well as evaluation standard in construction enterprises. The paper is concerned with the analysis of identifying risks by using SWOT technique. Particular attention is given to SWOT factors with the view to adopt the combination of quality and quantity analysis, which is carried out on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. It proposes an approach to overcome the disadvantages of analytic hierarchy process. At the same time it is intended to avoid risks in projects. In the light of combining with engineering examples, a detailed introduction of SWOT is made regarding the decision-making process by means of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process.
