Study on Bi-Level Programming Model and Algorithm of Distribution Center Location Based on Inventory Strategy

Article Preview

Abstract:

The paper proposes a model to solve distribution center location considering inventory costs and both two decision makers with different objectives - location planners and customers. The model based on both the upper and lower policymakers has great significance, besides, the paper uses genetic algorithm to solve the model, and finally an example prove the model and algorithm are feasible.
