Mechanism and Pattern of Developing Rural Logistics

Abstract:

On the basis of differentiating the role of government and enterprises in developing rural logistics, in terms of the reality of Chinas rural areas, this paper establishes the basic model of government and enterprises. Emphasizing the role of government in encouraging enterprises to develop rural logistics, this paper tests the mechanism and pattern of developing rural logistics and gets the conclusion that the government should encourage enterprises to take advantage of the resources endowment to develop rural logistics by the means of industry cluster. Several proposals are offered after analyzing the empirical case.
